We recently stayed at the Apartment4You studio apartment at Kolejowa 45 in Warsaw and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a short city stay. Even though it is a compact 35m² studio, the layout was smart and practical, making the space feel cozy rather than small.
The location was one of the biggest advantages. The area around Kolejowa 45 is modern, quiet, and convenient, with shops, restaurants, cafés, and public transport nearby. Reaching Warsaw city center was quick and easy, taking around 10 minutes by public transport.
The check-in process was smooth and easy. We visited the Apartment4You reception office, located within the same apartment complex in a nearby building, where the staff provided us with the apartment access code and an access card for the building. The staff was friendly and helpful during our arrival.
The kitchen had the essentials needed for preparing simple meals, and overall the apartment felt perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business trips.
Overall, we would definitely recommend Apartment4You for travelers looking for a modern and affordable stay in Warsaw with a great location.

Disappointing
The property was new and clean.
1) it was equipped for 2 persons not 4 persons. There was only 2 beds and for the rest 2 person that had sofa bed that was very small and it has no embedded bed and they expect 2 persons sleep on a sofa!! But they didn’t said that at booking time! We have paid for 4 persons but received 2 beds!!
2) they said breakfast included but when we reached there they gave us vouchers of 2 coffee shops that were on other streets and they have restricted menu that was not suitable for breakfast . We have limited to drink only one coffee! The personell were amateur and couldn’t give normal service. We obliged to cancel ones of them , because it was cats restaurant and when we asked for salt and pepper they said we should ourselves search and find at ones if tables! They were very unrespectfull!!
The booking had multiple cheating points the number of beds and type of bed! Sending people to other address 400m far away for breakfast! Non professional service and expensive parking 12€ per day!

Loved the place, awesome staff and super clean with everything we would need.
The TV in our unit doesn't allow any streaming applications. We went and bought a streaming device to add to the TV but the HDMI cable in the apartment was bad. The nice lady working at reception was kind enough to bring us a replacement. This is a little thing but a good idea to have the ability to access apps like Netflix in all the units in my opinion. Again, the staff helped immediately.

Apartment was not serviced after previous guests, with used bedcloths and towels.
Also the extreme noise from a huge construction site next door.

The young lady that checked us in was really helpful, gave us recommendations for food that were not in the tourist spots, really good to eat with with locals. The room had extra pillows and blankets, a washing machine, plenty of outlets to charge our electronics.
