The hotel's location and breakfast were good.
There was a wastewater problem. I reported it but it was not resolved. The building, rooms and furniture are very old. When there is noise in the next room, you are greatly affected. Even though I had coordinated it beforehand, when I came back after checking out, they didn't even show me a place to change clothes.

Friendly, and right in the historical centre, I booked a room here because it seemed to offer a good price in return for a room with a private bathroom and breakfast included. There's absolutely nothing special about the place, but it's perfect if you're on a budget.
It seems that when there are lots of guests staying, they provide a decent buffet breakfast. If you're staying when the place is almost empty like I did however, you get a couple of plates of cheese, salad, meat and bread. If you like a choice of food in the morning, you could be disappointed. Beware of the loose tiles on the entrance steps.

Room was better than from the pictures, breakfast was great with many options available, garden was beautiful and location perfect. Receptionist was very friendly.
It was mentioned in several places that sauna is available from 4pm to 10pm Fridays and Saturdays. However, sauna was cold and not turned on Friday 4.30pm. I even confirmed available hours on Thursday from reception.

Terrible smell from drains, enough to make you gag. Thought about asking to move rooms but it was all pervasive. Truly awful.

the hotel was in an ideal location for our needs.
we were put in a room where we had to go and up a stairs outside to reach it. our room wasnt cleaned in the four nights we were there though we left out a card. we had to ask for clean towels. toilet paper was left in a bag outside the room.The staff were friendly but had little or no English so communication was difficult. beds were very uncomfortable. on arrival at around 8.30pm we were unable to get anything to eat so had to go out.
