The location, cleanliness, and staff are all top level. I've been staying here for four years in a row and highly recommend it. It's the best hotel in Tarnów.

Train station is right next door, but you don't hear a thing, even with the balcony open. It's quite pretty to sit on the little balcony and the location is great and walkable to everything. There is an elevator, on-site parking, and a ramp for your suitcases. Staff was super nice at desk. We didn't utilize the restaurant due to work schedule, but there is a pharmacy and corner store across the street and the train station also has coffee and pastries.
Linens were a little dated, but overall, it was a good stay.

Good clean comfortable hotel close to the railway station. Tea/coffee facilities in the room, nice bathroom, pleasant decor. Staff were lovely and breakfast was nice. The obvious choice for a visitor to Tarnow.
Shower water pressure a bit low.

Beautiful and pristinely clean hotel! We arrived with our car and it was simple to park, the staff were so incredibly lovely and pleasant! They let us check in early and were so accommodating. Hotel rooms weee perfect and the breakfast buffet was so large it felt like we were at a wedding party. Nice safe neighborhood and easy quick 8 minute walk to center of old town. We will be back.

The hotel is fairly clean and staff pleasant.
The bedding and towels are thin, old, dingy, the pillows uncomfortable.
The breakfast was the worst. Old, stale pastries, old salads, malfunctioning coffee machine, staff that can not be found. Dishes left on tables for a long time.
