Very Good
Wonderful spacious apartment very close to the sea. The apartment has a nice balcony, bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Overall, it's well-renovated and well-styled, it was a pleasure to stay there.
Generally, we enjoyed our stay, however, there were several issues which I would appreciate to have more clarity before our arrival. 1. The keys to the apartment are expected to be collected at another location in the city with no parking around, so if you're using a car, you're expected to leave the car elsewhere, come to the administration office and collect the keys. 2. The property changes 120 EUR deposit for the stay. This was not mentioned anywhere and was an unpleasant surprise. We have left on Thursday, but the deposit came back to me only Tuesday next week. 3. There is no parking. The apartment doesn't have a designated parking spot, and we have received explanation that there is some parking but the property can't guarantee that there will be spots. It appeared that there is only city, paid parking around which added additional 75 ZLT per day to our costs. I think the property can be better at outlining that there is only paid parking nearby 4. The equipment in the kitchen: forks, plates, and other utilities are the cheapest options from the Ikea, some of which, such as a pan, are damaged. As the apartment is trying to convey a luxurious experience, I'd appreciate a more alleviated choice 5. There is no washing machine, though there are a dishwasher and a coffee machine

The apartment was very nice and cosy, I recommend.
The key pick up is several streets away from the place, walking there with the bags is not a pleasant thing.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated flat with all you need for a stress free stay. Dishwasher, Tchibo coffee machine. Even plastic beach buckets for children. Great location, 5 minutes walk to train station and about the same to the pier. Thai Mai - amazing massage, on the same street- 1min walk. We will be back. Thank you.

All was perfect! New apartment, clean and cozy with all what you need, plus a special attention for guests : coffee capsules. The location was central. Staff was amazing, very helpful, nice and available I recommand this place 100%
