staff was really nice - breakfast is perfect
it felt like the Hotel was understaffed especially reception - we had to wait for a while the AC did not work in one room but the staff was responsive and offered another room these are the only issues we faced

Close to the sea. Pool and outdoor area are nice
AC and fridge didn’t work. The hotel is located near the road so we heard noise from outside. Breakfast didn’t worth the money. Also restaurant was already closed at 21:20 even though the schedule says it’s open till 22:00

Great location, great spa. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Marta and Adrian. Would definitely recommend this hotel if going to Sopot

We booked for a weekend away from kids. It was a great choice. Cozy rooms, nice deco, although a bit overdone. Good breakfast food. Nice gesture with Christmas sweets.
Overrated: fitness room Poor: breakfast drinks (coffee, juices) we very poor quality, what’s unacceptable for a 90zl/ 20€ breakfast. 2nd day we had breakfast outside due to that.
