The check-in process was smooth, even though we arrived late. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s location has both advantages and disadvantages. As a light sleeper, I found the external noise a bit disturbing, but if you're planning to explore Sopot, the location is ideal. The breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff who seemed to read your mind. Truly exceptional service. I particularly loved the à la carte options, despite the buffet offering a wide variety. The spa and wellness area were good, but I believe there's room for improvement. It was great that guests could book the sauna for privacy, though there wasn’t a designated space to relax afterward. A bit more attention to this would enhance the experience. The holistic massage I received was great, though I found it a bit distracting to hear conversations from the spa reception. Despite this, it was still a good experience overall.

Great location, beautiful interior deco. Comfortable bed. It was nice cosy and quiet in our room. Good wi-fi. Nice bathroom/ shower. Stuff very nice and helpful.
Cleanliness not ideal. Lime scale in the corners of the shower doors and other crevices. Also inside the kettle I found dirt and yellow residue. There was not enough of sugar, coffee , tea and milk in the room.
