Quiet location
Worn out mattresses, uncomfortable pillows, thin walls without any sound proof barriers, old furniture, average breakfast offer. Poor coffee.

Wonderful
Sopot is a very small town, and everything is within walking distance. Having said this, this place is on the other side of the sea from the train station, in the forest, but very accessible from the major points. The place is quiet and very comfortable. The staff speaks very good English, so it is very foreign-friendly as well. The sauna in the basement is also amazing.
The WiFi could definitely be better, but it is not a major point for me personally.

l loved the Spa and the breakfast!
If you come by taxi make sure you drive them to the right way as drivers may drop you off or expect to pick up not in the hotel car park but on the road next to the hotel

Great location. The hotel looked absolutely lovely in the winter scenery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed during my stay in Sopot. I would definitely stay at Hotel Opera again!

Clean and very stylish rooms. The location is absolutely beautiful and truly scenic. The staff is polite, professional, and attentive.

Location in a woods. Room was very big and comfortable. Was warm. Big bathroom with shower. Water kettle was very helpful because it was cold outside. Parking outside. Very nice staff at reception.
Bed was not so comfortable, it was too soft. Pillows to thin. Breakfast was too expensive so we didn't take it.
