This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time everything was exceptional so much so we recommended it to friends who sadly found the then staff unfriendly something we found out for ourselves on our 2nd stay a couple of years after our first stay .
I am pleased to say that this our 3rd stay this problem has been resolved and the staff (well almost all of them ) have been very helpful and friendly.
The facilities are fantastic especially the spa area and location.
Sadly the staff in the spa still have to learn how to treat customers one girl with a very sour face reluctantly gave my husband a towel leaving me without until I asked her for one . She was literally more interested in chatting to the other girl on the spa reception and this was not a language barrier because my husband is polish speaking .

The staff was nice and always ready to help. The bed was clean, the room was basic, but modern and the location was very cebtral, next to all needed amenities.
The fact that we went there to relax and there was a church next door, doing ceremonies all day. Never heard so many Hallelujahs in my life. I just didn't expext that. Also the lack of a ventilation system. Other than that, the place should be great on non celebratory days for the catholics.

The staff there are very nice and friendly. They are speak in English too. The hotel looks modern and kind of luxurious. If youre looking for a quiet place its perfect near are some shops and more but I didnt check.
Even I was alone I couldnt book single stay . I payed for 2 people anyway.

Everything is clean, the room is comfortable. The staff is helpful. Everything is beautiful. The room is very comfortable for a family with a pull-out sofa. The bedding is clean. We are very satisfied. Next time we will stay longer. Try the pleasures of the spa.
We didn't find any cards for do not disturb. But it's not a problem at all.
The robes are not suitable for men, they are very small and short. The descriptions of the procedures are only in Polish, it is difficult to understand.
