Had to clean up snow and ice off of the floor with a towel and was then charged for the towel. Maybe provide a rug or black towel in the middle of winter.

Excellent stay at H12 Hotel Kraków. Perfect location in the heart of the old town, close to everything. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Great value for money — highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located in a peaceful area just a short walk from the main square, where many attractions are within easy reach. The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and comfortable, with adjustable heating that kept me warm, just perfect for someone like me who’s always cold! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the thoughtful little Christmas surprise in my room, and the fresh apple at checkout. I’ll definitely be back!

It was in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the city square, and approximately a ten minute walk from the train station. It was very clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The walls were thin, it was easy to hear neighbors if they were loud, or moving furniture.

The hotel is located in the city center, which made it easy to get around. The staff were all nice except for one lady.
I found several hairs in the hotel that did not belong to me or my family. When I first checked in, I noticed a small hair in the soap dispenser and another on the shower pipe. Later during my stay, I found a long hair in the sink, most likely from the cleaning staff. While hairs aren’t usually a big deal for me, its just extremely disgusting to see. Additionally, the beds were very hard, and so were the pillows, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Another issue is that the hotel operates with a shady tour group that rebooks tours with short notice. We had booked a tour with them, and it was rescheduled to 5:00 AM the night before the tour. When we tried to cancel, the front lady told us we couldn’t cancel it and that we had to deal with it. The front desk lady who helped us booked the tour was very unpleasant to interact with. On top of that, when we returned to the hotel around 11:30 PM, the doors were locked. We rang the doorbell, but no one was at the front desk, and we had to wait almost 5 minutes before someone came to open the door. Overall, I would not recommend staying here because of the uncomfortable beds, poor service, and unprofessional tour operation. NEVER book a tour through them.

Hotel location is very central, but for that peaceful
I was very lucky to get top floor double [602], which gets a beautiful view over Kraków roofs and has kitchen facilities
That kitchen was very well equipped with all utensils
The breakfast is very tasty and every room has tea kettle. Additional teabags available for free.
Well, it is some time since I paid over Eur150 per night

Everything in the hotel seemed brand new and very clean. Location was very good, close enough to walk to the square and Wawel. Breakfast was very good, even my picky eaters found something to eat.
Just be aware when you see parking is offered that you need to order in advance. Fortunately they were able to accommodate me.
