Location: on a quiet side street, without crowds of tourists, at the same time 5 min from the Main market square, and 5 min from many good local restaurants. Rather spacious room, clean. Very good breakfast with a lot of variety, very good service in a breakfast room. Helpful registration desk, Kate provided us the local restaurants recommendation and reserved a table for us for Sunday. No coffee machine in the room, but there is a automatic coffee machine on ground floor. Allows us later check out for one hour.
Very minimalist decor in the room, one (1) chair, no trash can in the room (only in bathroom). Bathroom: no napkins, no hooks for towels, very small shelf/ Not even close to four stars. Could be improved at very little cost.

Very good location, nice breakfast and cleaning was great!
Very hard beds. You are sleeping right on the spring mattress and after 10 min your shoulder is num. We complained and they got us a mattress protection and did not do much for the sleeping comfort.

The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants near, and only short walk to the square. Good selection at breakfast. Clean rooms, free tea and 'proper' coffee in the lobby as well as in the rooms.

Very clean room and staff friendly and efficient. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square, with a good Thai restaurant and a choice of nice breakfast/lunch cafes a few hundred yards up the road.
The duvet on the bed was strangely small - see photo and the room felt a bit corporate. The hotel didn’t have a bar, although you could ask for a drink at reception, where they had some spirits on display.

Friendly and helpful staff, Clean room, comfortable beds, hairdryer in the bathroom with power shower, coffee and tea making facilities. Also central location to krakow. Had a fantastic stay.

Very friendly staff,room was very comfortable and the hotel was very close to the centre of town.The breakfast offered a wide choice all of which was served fresh.The room was cleaned thoroughly every day.
