It was in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the city square, and approximately a ten minute walk from the train station. It was very clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The walls were thin, it was easy to hear neighbors if they were loud, or moving furniture.

Disappointing
The hotel is located in the city center, which made it easy to get around. The staff were all nice except for one lady.
I found several hairs in the hotel that did not belong to me or my family. When I first checked in, I noticed a small hair in the soap dispenser and another on the shower pipe. Later during my stay, I found a long hair in the sink, most likely from the cleaning staff. While hairs aren’t usually a big deal for me, its just extremely disgusting to see. Additionally, the beds were very hard, and so were the pillows, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Another issue is that the hotel operates with a shady tour group that rebooks tours with short notice. We had booked a tour with them, and it was rescheduled to 5:00 AM the night before the tour. When we tried to cancel, the front lady told us we couldn’t cancel it and that we had to deal with it. The front desk lady who helped us booked the tour was very unpleasant to interact with. On top of that, when we returned to the hotel around 11:30 PM, the doors were locked. We rang the doorbell, but no one was at the front desk, and we had to wait almost 5 minutes before someone came to open the door. Overall, I would not recommend staying here because of the uncomfortable beds, poor service, and unprofessional tour operation. NEVER book a tour through them.

Hotel location is very central, but for that peaceful
I was very lucky to get top floor double [602], which gets a beautiful view over Kraków roofs and has kitchen facilities
That kitchen was very well equipped with all utensils
The breakfast is very tasty and every room has tea kettle. Additional teabags available for free.
Well, it is some time since I paid over Eur150 per night
Not saying it was not worth it ?

Everything in the hotel seemed brand new and very clean. Location was very good, close enough to walk to the square and Wawel. Breakfast was very good, even my picky eaters found something to eat.
Just be aware when you see parking is offered that you need to order in advance. Fortunately they were able to accommodate me.

Location was excellent. Close to everything. In the old town. Beautiful street and view from 5th floor. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms, exactly as in pics. Cousy. Decent breakfast. Value for money.

This property is within walking distance to everything you need, very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The staff were amazing. Would recommend to anyone that is thinking of traveling.

Location: on a quiet side street, without crowds of tourists, at the same time 5 min from the Main market square, and 5 min from many good local restaurants.
Rather spacious room, clean.
Very good breakfast with a lot of variety, very good service in a breakfast room.
Helpful registration desk, Kate provided us the local restaurants recommendation and reserved a table for us for Sunday.
No coffee machine in the room, but there is a automatic coffee machine on ground floor.
Allows us later check out for one hour.
Very minimalist decor in the room, one (1) chair, no trash can in the room (only in bathroom).
Bathroom: no napkins, no hooks for towels, very small shelf/ Not even close to four stars.
Could be improved at very little cost.
