The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants near, and only short walk to the square. Good selection at breakfast. Clean rooms, free tea and 'proper' coffee in the lobby as well as in the rooms.

Very clean room and staff friendly and efficient. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square, with a good Thai restaurant and a choice of nice breakfast/lunch cafes a few hundred yards up the road.
The duvet on the bed was strangely small - see photo and the room felt a bit corporate. The hotel didn’t have a bar, although you could ask for a drink at reception, where they had some spirits on display.

Friendly and helpful staff, Clean room, comfortable beds, hairdryer in the bathroom with power shower, coffee and tea making facilities. Also central location to krakow. Had a fantastic stay.

Very friendly staff,room was very comfortable and the hotel was very close to the centre of town.The breakfast offered a wide choice all of which was served fresh.The room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

Lift was broken when we arrived and i was on the top floor, no help was offered to bring up my luggage. So that was not great. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. Shower had some mold. Its not a true 4 star hotel by any means. Positives: breakfast was fantastic and the location was great.

The location is excellent; around the corner from the main square where it’s all going on. It was very clean and well looked after.
It felt very simplistic. Not many added touches that makes the difference in a hotel stay. The breakfast was a very odd combination of hotdogs, scrambled egg and a few pastries and yoghurts. Not what you would expect for a 4* hotel.
