Nice Location, Klif Shopping Center, Bus and Train station nearby; Quiet Place, Beach is far away you have to go around 15 minutes min
I thought I booked the room with a balcony, but the balcony is only on a 3rd floor and if I understood clear he is able for a few rooms (not private). The balcony is one of the reason I booked this appartments. I lived in a room on a 1st floor, it was noisy I heard everything what is go on at the street and inside building.
