I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. I chose it because of the sauna and jacuzzi. But in the end the hotel never turned on the jacuzzi and saunas. Although I asked for it. Why then write in the advertisement that the hotel has a spa area?

Good location.

The staff were very kind, and the hotel was conveniently located near both the jungle and the beach. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
The water pressure in the shower was low and the pillows were not comfortable.

All the furniture pieces are too old, room definitely requires some renovation.
Unfriedly staff: I was not allowed to stay in the lobby for 1 hour after the check out.
