a short trip away from the main train station.
noise from other room are easily heard inside the room, no smiles from lady reception this morning, hailing app rides cannot drop you off at the entrance door of the hotel.

There was no wall power plugs to charge the phones in rooms. I have to unplug the electric kettle and then charge my phone.

No AC, no ventialtion. Windows was not tight, sound and air bloew in.
The entrance is a scrap yard. Yes the rebuilding the hotel but it's not ready.

We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay at Sint Niklaas - we got offered a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds, free wifi and a private (paid) parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities en suite made us feel very welcome!
There are construction sites next door that doesnt make it a "nice" area. Nonetheless the parking area deffo was secure and walking up to the main street there are shops and bars - so all good!

affordable, comfortable clean it had a bar and restaurant if required.
building works started at 6am but that's not the hotels fault. it's a little far out of town, but was affordable. the shower was good, but loose on the wall, hot was cold, cold was hot.

ONE EXTRA POINT FOR PRESENCE OF LIVING PEOPLE (STAFF)
· Dust mostly everywhere: in wardrobes, on table-lamp, on windowsills
· Sound insulation is insufficient, you can hear literally everything from neighbouring rooms.
· Too few sockets especially in bedroom.
· A glass in bathroom is mmissing
