Small hotel close to the heart of Gdynia. They have a few parking spaces in the back, which is very convenient (but they fill up quickly). The breakfast buffet had good choices.
It's a very basic hotel. It would benefit from an overhaul, or at least a deep cleaning (curtains, bed spreads, carpets etc, the usual suspects). The rooms could also be better cleaned between guests (I had to wipe the desk before using it). Few electric plugs. The mini fridge in my room was built deep into the desk, without proper ventilation, so it was running noisily all the time and overheating.

The hotel is well located, about 10 min walk from main train station, and ca. 20 min walk from the public beach. Restaurants available at walking distance. Very good tasty breakfast buffet with nice choice of food. Clean room and all sheets and towels clean. Helpful and polite room service staff and restaurant staff. Large windows allowing good ventilation. Hotel parking space.
The hotel would benefit from some refreshment/ refurbishing. It looks a bit oldish, reminding late ’90-ties. No air-condition (very old air-condition devices still attached to the wall, but not working) - thanks to nice, not hot weather it was not an issue, very good ventilation ensured thanks to large windows, but in hot summer time it might be an issue. Rather neglected plants, both in the room and around the hotel lobby. Random inconsistent decorations in the lobby and in the restaurant.

Breakfast.
Parking - the bums did the poo next to my car. It means that nobody takes care about the guest's cars.. No any information/ labels that particular place / slots are for guests. In the room and in whole building air-conditioning doesn't work at all. With 30 degrees Celsius outside, it is hard to breathe. One you open the window for.the night to decrease temperature in the room, you will not sleep as you can hear Police Cars (Police Station some 80 m from the hotel), Ambulances (Hospital 100 m from the hotel) and every few minutes city buses. and cars as well. Cable TV - 14 channels: 8 with snow on the screen, 6 are "jumping" / broken. Nothing special, no any 24 hrs news channels.

Staff seemed not interested or helpful. Room tiny, outdated. No phone. Not given any WIFI password, whem tried calling ftom cell phone nobody answered on two attempts. Over priced and over rated

Very polite and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast of amazing variety. Car parking included in the price. Excellent location: ~5-10 min from most points on interest and 1.2km from the Gdynia city beach.
Some part of the common areas need a bit of retouching.

Its location was exactly what I wanted. Having stayed before when in Gdynia on business, I knew what to expect and wasn’t disappointed.
