The room was tidy and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful with every request I had. The hotel is situated close to the train station and various other public transport links, making it easy to commute to different parts of the city without any hassle. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its convenience!

The price is fair for 2 people, and the hotel offered free bottle water in room.
The wifi connection in hotel was really bad, and this should be upgraded. Plus, we did not find any hair dryer in the room, which was not convenient at all.

The hotel provided 2 bottles of water everyday, which is more like hotels in my country other than EU hotels. The room size was good and the bed was large for 2 people.
The wifi in the property was terrible, and I always lost connection to internet. I did not find the hair dryer, and this should be provided for customers in the future.

staff was really welcoming, the room was clean indeed, the breakfast pretty various - not boring. perfect if you need to be located in that part of Gdansk due to some reasons.
wifi isn't great, the bath/wc is located like really in the small room, being the part of it. the noise from other rooms could be heard during the night, unfortunately

The place was clean; breakfast very very good, with many choices and products of good quality. I didn't use the wify. The reception is very small but functional. People at the reception are 'polish' :-) - they say essential things, do not laugh that much, but they are very effective and responsive. The location for me was good because it was in between the city centre and the University where I had a meeting. The hotel it's very close to transportation (tram).
I didn't see machines to buy water or refreshments, which could be helpful. But there were two bottles of water in the room for free. I didn't find a hairphone in the room, which could be helpful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and convenient. Smooth check-in experience.
We stayed at the room 103 and the bathroom door was hard to open/close as well as it didn't have a door handle. There was a hiccup approx. in the middle of the door track which required a strong force push to overcome it and fully open/close the door. Given the room is also designed for disabled people, it's an oversight.

Surprisingly good for the price and location, offering a perfect combination of both. I would stay here again next time. The bed is very comfy. Even though the room is small, we had enough space to bring two big suitcases and two small ones.
Perhaps the combined shower and sink cubicle should improve the sinking system. water spills all area and that makes a bit difficult to brush your teeth there. Fortunately there is another sink in the toilet cublicle. Also, the lack of hairdryer sometimes is missing.
