Clean, comfortable bed.
I took my friend to Gdańsk for his birthday and since it was a special occasion I asked for the room on the upper floor and got the lowest floor. I didn't like that at all, even if they would give me the 2nd floor I would be satisfy, so I wasn't happy about it.

The breakfasts were excellent. Bountiful. Good breads, granola, fruit. Good location near everything.
Compared to the hotels I stayed in in Prague, Krakow, and Warsaw, it was a bit institutional/corporate, though not really a detriment at all.

Comfortable decent sized room, bed and shower. Excellent breakfast. Bar service open late. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was within easy walking distance from the city centre.
Some notice from the motorway and tramline nearby but not excessive.

The location is super close to the center, still quiet. Tthe view from the window is nice on the river side. The room itself is clean, large and confortable. The breakfast is extraordinary - diverse and very good quality. The umbrellas you can borrow in case of rain are a nice touch.
The staff is efficient, but does not smile. No slippers are provided.

Rooms are a decent size: not exactly spacious, but nowhere near those narrow “shoeboxes” where a bed and wardrobe barely fit. Generally clean. Quiet too, despite a busy road nearby. The air-conditioning works well. Every socket has USB-A and USB-C for charging. There was an ironing board and iron in the room, so no need to ask reception. Breakfast was tasty and varied — whether you want something hearty, a light veg nibble, or just coffee with a sweet, you’ll find something. Staff were broadly friendly and quick to help. Umbrellas by the exit were a thoughtful touch on rainy days.
On the downside, the windows are tiny and set high, so forget about enjoying a view. While the room and bathroom were clean, the telephone was grimy enough that I didn’t want to touch it. There was no drinking water in the room; a dispenser in the corridor helped, but arriving after midnight to find no water on the table, in a carafe or in the fridge meant getting dressed again post-shower to go and hunt some down. Another irritation: rooms aren’t cleaned by default — you have to hang a card on the door to invite housekeeping. Don’t, and you’re left drying off with yesterday’s damp towels. It’s also unclear why housekeeping can’t simply refill the carafes with fresh drinking water if bottled water isn’t provided in this hotel for whatever reason. The bar closes at 11 pm — not a deal-breaker, but with nothing appealing nearby, evening chats with friends require going further afield. Breakfast service is poorly organised: space is tight, the buffet layout makes people constantly bump into each other, and there’s no staff directing the flow or helping guests find seats in the adjacent room. All of that could be managed much better.

The location is perfect for the Old Town, the rooms quiet, and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
It's not the fault of the hotel but the breakfast room at times was very crowded. Maybe it needs a bigger area at peak times.

The location is great, close to the historic place as well as public transport.There is a terrace just next to the river where is a great place to relax while enjoying the views.
I was disappointed with the premium room with river view as the windows are so high and not possible to see outside without standing on a chair ? we got no information from the reception about the hotel boat tour.
