Wonderful
The gym is not really properly equipped as there are only weights in sum of 10 kg and some of the devices are worn out and not maintained properly

Wonderful
The hotel really exceed our expectations. To start with, the breakfast was superb. There was some specialities available thanks to the Easter Weekend, but even without them, the breakfast was 5*. A great selection, tasty and fresh. Very professional and friendly service.
The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and the sound isolation is very good. No noise or disturbances during the the night - neither outside nor inside.
Location is perfect. Just on the outskirts old the Old Town (but still just 5 mins walk) so you can skip the hustle. At the same time, one block away from Motlawa Riverbank and 200 m away from the 1939 War Museum. So as whole a top location in Gdansk if you prefer some peace and quiet.
The rooms have a very dark decor and the lighting is rather poor. For some people, really not an issue, but for us it was sometimes irritating that you could not see properly in your own room.

How close it was to the old town/canals. Nice facilities. Loved the fact that the sauna was open 24 hrs a day.

Good
Hotel converted from a former storage facility with immensely thick walls. Quite a charming breakfast room and a breakfast itself was impressive. The location itself of the place is very close to the center of town and a good starting point for exploration.
Due to the thickness of the walls, the small window gave you more the impression of an embrasure.

The room was big enough, with lots of space to store your stuff.
Spacious bathroom
Gluten free breakfast options
Unfortunately the AC was not working in the room, but the temp was ok. Could be cooler.

Nice breakfasts, quiet location near the edge of the old town, we'll equipped room and friendly staff. Cot was provided for baby. The one morning there were fresh doughnut balls for breakfast, they were amaaaazing! Sadly didn't come again while we were there.
The view was into an old courtyard of a run down building but it didn't bother us, it was green and you could hear birds.
The room was crazy hot! I don't know if the central air-conditioning was switched off or what but it was uncomfortably warm for us and our baby.
Bed was a bit small, 140. Expect a bit bigger in a 4 star hotel but it was ok.

Pleasant
It was clean and a walk across the road got you started on the site seeing. The bed was comfortable and resort like facilities
When I have guests over, I wouldn’t charge them for parking because I’d find it quite rude. Either this needs to be included in the price of the accommodation or don’t charge guests for parking. AND the mini bar, there were no prices on anything and no price list in the room and I was asked at the end, “did you have anything from the mini bar?” Excuse me. There seems to be hand out everywhere you go. On my first night, I ate at the restaurant, the food was lovely but also so overpriced! Jesus

the space, location and price were good. staff also very nice.
The carpets and the dusty wall on top of the bed, that is meant to be a rustic decoration but create dust that gave me allergies.

Quiet but very convenient location, close to the WW II Museum. Comfortable bed and great shower. Good breakfast, served from 7am.
There’s any Gran Cru / Hotal sign on the exterior facade. The address is correct but when you get there it’s difficult to understand it’s a hotel.

Great location.
The fact that the wine bar wasn’t really open. Not sure if it actually was a wine bar or just a room with wine in it. But we tried a couple of times and it was always closed.

This was the second time I had stayed at Q Hotel. Very modern, located close to restaurants, shops, etc. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
The footpath along the street requires some maintenance, which is probably the responsibility of the local municipality.
