The hotel was in an excellent location close to all the restaurants and walking distance to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even had to call the doctor and they were very helpful with that. Hotel has a wonderful restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms were very comfortable, great size very comfortable beds. If we return, and I hope so: we would definitely stay at this hotel, highly recommended.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed unwinding in our room or the lobby where they have lots of room to work or relax. We got room service just about every night because the tomato soup was delicious. The breakfast was also incredible and the free coffee machine was a plus on the extra cold days.
The room was a little small. If we wanted to open our suitcases we had to rearrange to do so. Just our rooms power also went out while we were there and we had to wait on the techs to get there before going out for the day.

The hotel has a very central location. The staff was nice and helpful. The treatments in the SPA was good. There is free coffee/tea in the lounge area.
We would have liked more chairs in the SPA area, so we didn't have to stand and wait for our treatments, but other than that everything was good.

- Hotel with modern design, clean, hi tech room controls
- Restaurant at the ground floor of an inner courtyard, glass ceiling, dark brick walls, ropes. Very nice atmosphere for a quiet meal
- Breakfast had a large variety, didn't disappoint
- Queen size room, large and comfortable bed
- The bathroom is large, modern, big shower, glass walls with a pattern to make it harder to see through, a curtain dividing the room in two, giving more privacy for the bathroom
- While the curtain option is ok for privacy in the bathroom, it doesn't do much for the sounds

- My go to brand when in Poland (comfortable, modern, etc.).
- Puro always has very comfortable beds and bedding + robes and slippers.
- Decor is always great.
- Easy check in/out experience.
- Black out curtains, canned waters in room.
- It was impossible to control the room temp and the room heated up every night.
- Soap pumps 100% sucked but this also happens in the Warsaw location. They were locked and wouldn't pump at 2 out of the 3 stations in the bathroom. They were fixed the next day when housekeeping saw that I had unscrewed the pumps from the bottles.
- There was no signage in the hallways to indicate which hallway led to elevators. It was pretty confusing.
- The bathroom door was a glass door. FYI, as that can be pretty awkward for 2 people sharing a room. My coworker had a drape but my room did not.

This is the best hotel in Gdańsk. It has everything you'd ever need: clean and modern room, the bed is really comfy and you have a tablet to control everything in the room, or call for room service. Great location and is a walking distance to the top sites. The hotel also has a restaurant that I really enjoyed, and a relaxing spa. To top it off, the staff is amazing! Consistently friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Comfy stay overall. The location is super central - 5 min to anything really! The bed are comfy with different choices of pillows. There is water and coffee machine in the lobby so easy to grab a hot drink any time of the day. The bar in the lobby is also quite cozy - the rooftop one was had a bit less of a vibe we found. Check out the schedule at the lobby - the hotel organizes free events for guests (e.g., guided walking tours, cocktail making class, etc). The little gym was functional for the size (some free weights, cardio, cable machine and couple others). It has a spa but we didn't get around to testing it. No complaints at all - this was my second stay in the hotel.

Relatively comfortable bed
No one ever wrote in their reviews that most of the windows in this hotel are looking inwards - the hotel has courtyard design and because most rooms have windows looking into the inside court, there is little to no natural light. Makes it very depressing.
Also, fully glass wall bathroom, is cool but even tenured couples prefer privacy while doing number 2.
They charge 85 zloty for breakfast for one person. I haven’t taken that, there are plenty of places in the neighborhood with breakfast option costing twice as less.

The variety in breakfast was really good. Great location, it was very neat and the staff were really helpful.
The breakfast was always cold. We didn’t like the pillows at all, not the soft ones nor the hard ones. So it wasn’t comfortable to fall asleep.

Hotel is really beautiful - manages to be both modern and cozy at the same time. The breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel and we travel extensively. There was incredible variety and everything was outstanding
