Clean and quieter then I thought it would be. Great location.
The shower heads were a bit old and clogged.

The parking entrance not visibly easy to find .
Complicated way from park to the reception and room . It was conveniently located close to center

Great location just outside the Old Town (100m), slap bang in the middle of the bustling waterfront bars, shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable traditional style room. Very helpful friendly staff. During season reception is manned 24/7.
I’ve stayed here before, and note that a) outside season if you arrive after 7pm reception is not manned, and gaining entry via the keypad proved impossible (I had to wait for a returning guest to open the door), and b) if, like me you struggle with stairs, it’s worth noting that the elevator stops at the 3rd floor, so if you’re on the 4th floor you have to use the stairs for the final floor. On one occasion the elevator was out of order throughout my entire stay, and they don’t tell you before arrival. Staff are very helpful, so do check with them if either these two points would affect you.

Pleasant
I loved the position, which is right in the city center.
Price not worth it. Rooms are not soundproof. I requested a queen-size bed with seven months in advance. We ended up with two single beds. I pointed it out to the staff, and they didn’t even apologize for the mistake.

Wonderful
We enjoyed our stay at Kobza Haus. The location was great, right in the historic area and close to walk to all of the sites we wanted to visit. The breakfast was abundant and excellent quality! The staff was very friendly.
Our room was on the first floor right above a bar, so the street noise was very loud until 4:00 am the first night. This is not the hotel's responsibility. We would still recommend this hotel, but suggest requesting a room on the inside or on an upper floor to minimize the noise. It also helped to wear ear plugs and run the fan to create some white noise.

Everything in the hotel is nice. The hotel offers all we need. The location is great.
The breakfast was not bad, but, in my opinion, the price wasn't reasonable. We had a hotel breakfast because of early check out. If you have enough time, there are many places around with more interesting menu.

Location, good and diverse breackfast, very good location. Clean, large room.
The double bed was actually made of two twin beds, which was unconfortable for us. The second morning the breackfast was different, only half of the options from the previous morning. Coffee could be better.

Very Good
I loved the hotel, even though bed and furniture were old, it was very comfortable.
The best shower ever!
Breakfast was amazing, as were staff.
Location was perfect.
It was unfortunate that there was building work going on in the adjacent building. This was extremely noisy and unsettling, so it was difficult to have quiet times in the room. I had to go out as the drilling and banging noises were becoming very stressful. Staff continually apologised for this.
I had initially booked a standard double room, and was informed on arrival that I had received a free upgrade due to the building work noise. But I am not clear if the room I was allocated to was a step up. It did feel like a standard double room. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
However, overall, and apart from the noise from building work, I do feel the hotel is comfortable, safe, well located and has lovely, helpful staff.
Thank you.

Although we checked-in after midnight, all the self check-in details given were clear and the process was smooth. Great location. Cozy room.
Right next to Kobza, there is an ongoing reconstruction site and in the first morning we encountered a situation that at 8.40 am a full speed drilling and hammering was going on literally behind our room’s wall - so loud and unbearable that you could not even hear speaking to one another. The hotel was full and the receptionist could not move us at that moment to a different room. As we had a work call, we were forced to find a cafe where to have this call.
