Good
I had an overall great stay, front desk Alesia was very helpful and friendly upon checking in early, explaining luggage storage and facilities to me.
My room was very spacious, bright and neatly cleaned. Compared to many 3/4 star hotels, this place put and exceptional focus on cleanliness. Cudos to the cleaning staff. I was staying at a ground floor level that had a green patio attached, and although it was too cold to hang outdoors, the option was a nice addition.
I loved the modern furniture, big sofa and soft arm chair to hang out. Many lighting options.
The bathroom was nicely designed with a huge sink and side counter storage space for cosmetics and to put things with was very comfortable. Heated towel rack, a big plus.
The shower was perfectly polished, and boiling hot with a strong stream and water pressure that I like.
Complimentary tea and coffee station was a very nice touch, as well as mini fridge.
Big amount of charging sockets around the room which is a plus.
The ceiling to floor curtains blocked the light entirely for the night. The temperature at a steady 21,5 C, and very quiet AC unite, smelled of newness and cleanliness.
Very comfortable sheets and pillows for my taste.
The SPA section was an absolute highlight. Great jacuzzi bathtub, and 3 types of sauna.
Front desk SPA Emilia was so warm and friendly, even with a 1 hour participation "limit" everything felt very welcoming and organic, feeling without restraint.
The facilities were very clean, professionally maintained.
Loved the warm heated couch section of the lobby. Cozy and enjoyable ambiance.
Refillable water bottle stations in the corridor was a nice ecologic touch, with carafes instead of bottled water.
This hotel is def a kids/ families and pets friendly profile, which I didn't know about upon booking.
Good location, and very close proximity to the Motława water canals if you want to catch the sun by the water first thing in the morning. Highly recommended.
Lack of stairs and door labirynt for the ground level rooms will feel more comfortable and luxurious.
Complimentary toilettes would feel more high class.
A direct connection from the hotel building to the SPA facilities would feel more seamless, relaxing and elegant.
A refreshing paint job of the wall / furniture junctures would feel more taken care off, clean and attentive to details.
Although the whole room and bathroom was really exceptionally clean. A double take and detailed wipe down of the bed side tables and light switches would feel that the guests aesthetic impressions are kept in high regard in this hotel.
Complimentary bath robe and 2 towels instead of one at the SPA would elevate the whole guest experience.
Overall plenty of room for guest experience improvement.
The kids playing rooms vis a vis the ground level rooms scared me at first, but to my pleasant surprise, my room was very quiet and well soundproofed.

Good
Room nice.
Location very good.
The stuff good, except for a slightly unpleasant young man in the reception.
Restaurant... well, not particularly suitable for vegans, but probably great for meat-eaters.
I would love it if there was an area where guests could prepare food. Probably more value than children's playroom.
Or if there at least was an microwave available.
On the other hand I wonder if anyone watches TV. Maybe some people are. But to me it sees like a waste of money to have TV screen.

The size of the family room is amazing, one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom is more than enough for a family of 3. There were sparkling water dispensers on each floor, a playground for small kids and another play room for bigger kids.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you have to go out into the next building to go to the pool and gym.

Great breakfast, big room.
Not worth it to go to spa, you have to go out as the spa is located in the next building. We had to pay 15 zloty for disposable slippers to enter the spa with 1 hour limit (changing included in winter..)

Wonderful
We had a room on the top 6th floor. Room was great with a nice view. Breakfast was really nice with a looot of different options, even for my vegetarian wife. Also the bathroom felt modern and spacious. Also walking distance (10-15mins) to city center which is convenient. The parking around hotel is newly mostly paid (on workdays 9-17), at least compared to street view images which are now outdated. But there are still some parts of the streets around which are not paid and we managed to find a spot now in Nov.
The water pressure in shower could be better.
