Location was fantastic, close to everything and we had a wonderful River view. Breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean and staff really friendly. Also sorted a car parking space for us.

Perfect Location, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotels restaurant Zafishowani has excellent food and staff. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend it highly.

The location was perfect. Right on the water and we had a river view room. Room was nice and big with a small fridge.
The Aircon just appeared to warm the room so we had to open the windows. Outside was very noisy so we had to shut the windows. We couldn't really keep the room cool. But small issue to be honest.

Fantastic location right on the river and a short walk to anywhere of interest in Gdansk! We arrived at little early and were asked to wait for 10 minutes I n the lobby lounge area. When our room was ready the receptionist came to get us and gave us a coupon for two free desserts in the hotel restaurant. Our room was very spacious compared to what we had in other cities in Central Europe. The breakfast buffet has a lot ro choose from ans was excellent quality. The morning we left was before the buffet opened, so they made us a generous sack lunch to take.

Great location, excellent food. Comfortable bed.
Not really a four star hotel. No added luxury over a typical three star hotel. AC didn’t work/not effective, so room had a swampy feel. Old stained rug.

Excellent location in the old town of Gdansk. Right by the river and majority of tourist attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. The room and the facilities are excellent! They also give a very yummy welcome dessert! Would highly recommend this place. Very safe

The location is excellent in the heart of the Old/Main City. The restaurant has a super view to the river as probably some of the rooms. We had a view on the street where there are few parking places opposite of hotel what is very useful if you are lucky enough to catch them (you just pay at the meter to the city).
Unfortunately the rooms are very outdated and they do not meet 4* standards any more. It used to be a great hotel many years ago when I slept there for the first time. Now, it requires significant investments in renovation as it is not comparable for such price to new and modern competitors which are growing like mushrooms in the city center of Gdansk. In addition we got the last room for disabled people about which we had not been informed in advance, otherwise we would resign from it, though the rate was not refundable.

There is a problem using navigation apps to find the hotel. Google maps directs you to the other side of the river. I had to call the hotel to get clear instructions on how to get to the hotel.

+ quick check in and check out (and check out was at normal hours, not too early)
+ very comfortable bed
+ super convenient location
+ beautiful view
+ teapot but there was only one bag of each type of tea, even though there were two of us, so we had to choose who should drink black and who should drink green tea
- a little shabby for 4 stars
- and a bit smelly but it was ok with open windows (not sure about cold seasons)

Position in the town was unbeatable
Dirty carpet all around the hotel (really dont know, how they clean it)
Non functional lamps in the room (we recevied a voucher to the restaurant for this inconvenience, but the dessert was super random).

Very good location. Everything is near. But in the evening is a bit nosy from outside. So if you like a calm place and not nosy night - maybe you should keep a bit far from the center.
We had a top floor and wonderful view from the window. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast is just excellent. Would very much recommend this hotel.

Large room facing water with comfy bed. Staff were very service oriented.
I was unable to find phone at 2 am to inform staff of unruly loud neighbor. Sound between rooms is a problem. Angle of roof impedes shower use.

Very Good
Location is excellent right on the river in the centre of everything. No need for transport can do it all by foot. Room had fabolous view on riverside very comfortable & clean. I would recommend and would stay again.
One very rude receptionist at nighttime when we asked for water but that didn’t dampen our spirits these things happen
