From the moment we checked in the staff made us feel welcome. There was ample private (paid) parking and a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. You can’t beat the location and the views.
Had to climb many flights of stairs to reach the top floor gym in the second building since the elevator was off during the slow season.

Loved this Hotel. Great location, great rooms, great staff and great amenities. Rented a car for the day and the staff took care of all the arrangements - super easy! Massage in the SPA was awesome. Sauna and steam rooms were great. Breakfast Buffet was amazing - what a selection!! Lots of places in the hotel to sit and relax. Had 2 twin bed room - comfortable and spacious.

Hotel is comfortable, clean and ideally located. Breakfast was very good - many choices.
Our toilet was not working. I felt it took too long to evaluate the issue, which resulted in being moved to a new room. I did appreciate that we were given an upgraded room as an accommodation.

We loved the hotel and Gdansk as a whole. The location was convenient although if I am able to return to the city I will chose a location right along the river near the Hansa. There was nothing I could say was not excellent at this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located to access everything Gdansk has to offer and our room had a great view.
Easy walk to the Old Town, plenty of places to eat or just sit and people watch. Recommend Canis restaurant for a fabulous meal, the surroundings are a delightful mix of traditional and urban!
Loved the on-site brewery.
We thought that the very discreet air conditioning unit in our premier room was so cleverly designed and quiet.
The breakfast was totally exceptional, we have never experienced such an extensive, beautifully presented breakfast, there was something for everyone.
There really was nothing that we could find fault with.

We had a large and beautiful room. The house itself is beautiful and historic.
The restaurant in the hotel does not get a high rating, we did not get good food there.

The location is excellent, especially if you want experience the things that are located in the city center. The staff were great and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast is very good, but we stayed for a week so it got quite repetitive. I think most people only stay a couple of nights so this isn't such a big problem.
Our room could have been cleaned a little better after each night but it was still done well. Maybe the floors could have been vacuumed better or more thoroughly.
