The breakfast was indeed great as many people have already mentioned
Lack of mini-fridge and air conditioning in the room (in summer it’s a must!). Location, not 800 m as they say, but 1,4 km, which with small kids has cost us time back and forth 40-45 mins.

Disappointing
Location - a walking distance from the beach
Horrible breakfast - all the food was finished one hour before they finished serving the breakfast. The staff was shockingly rude when we asked for some eggs and vegetables as the plates were all empty. The toilet did not flush properly. There is no sound proofing and all the conversations in the surrounding rooms are clearly audible.
