The entire premises and rooms were clean, the breakfast was really good, the hosts were nice. I really appreciated the free parking and included breakfast. The common kitchen area was kept clean, and was well stocked with tools.
To no fault of the property or the host, fellow travelers and their kids are disrespectful of quiet hours. But this can happen at any property.

The owner was very kind and the breakfast was amazing. Cute little room with a very nice atmosphere.
It’d be easier if all the staff spoke english, little hard to communicate with the cleaning lady (but all the staff was kind anyway).

The room was small but comfortable, it had everything we needed. Free and secure parking in the yard, free WiFi, great breakfast served outside in an exceptional arrangement! Very nice host, who did his best to make us feel like at home. He was speaking German, that was just very helpful for us. The location not very far from the city center, an opportunity to walk a bit. From Gdansk we visited Gdynia and Sopot (such lovely destinations!) in a single day trip using public transportation [SKM is a public rapid transit and commuter rail system which serves Poland's Tricity area (Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia)]
In our second night of stay there were some noisy guests, but this is not imputable to our host. Nevertheless, some printed "rules of the house" placed in the rooms might be a good idea.

It was really clean and had a great design in the apartment
Located not very far from the center, but close to nature
Inside the place, there was an amazing balcony with super nice benches where we could sit and enjoy

Even though our plane was delayed, and we arrived much later than anticipated, Roman met us when we arrived and briefly explained us all the necessary information.

The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. The room as well as the whole guesthouse was perfectly clean and well maintained. Quality breakfast and great amenities in the building for a family stay.
