The Hotel Apart Neptun is located on a side street in the old town of Gdańsk which made it the best location for us to explore the historic center. One block away is Chlebnicka Street where there are restaurants, bars and shops and the very historic St. Mary's Church. On that same street, but in the other direction, is a large gate that takes you to the Port of Gdańsk and to a long riverfront promenade of amber outlets, museums, restaurants, bars and shops.
Our apartment had a separate bedroom and bathroom. It included a comfortable couch in a small living room and a cozy kitchenette with a cute table and two chairs. The entire apartment was filled with natural light from several large windows. There was a hot water kettle, strong and consistent Wi-Fi and plenty of hot water available in our apartment.
The front desk staff were kind, considerate and knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, all of which helped make our stay remarkable! A breakfast service was included and we certainly enjoyed the convenience and quality of it.
When we visit Gdańsk next time, we will stay here.

The location is perfect, very much in the heart of the old town but on a quiet side street. It was so peaceful in our room and we both slept well on a comfortable bed. A good breakfast with hot and cold options. Plenty of black tea (a must for me!) and good coffee. Bottled water every day in our room was a nice touch. The staff were lovely and seemed genuinely pleased that we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely choose this place again.

The location was incredible. Right in the center of everything but still on a quiet street. I had a stunning view from my window. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was great. The bed was large and comfy, everything was new and clean, and the bathroom was spacious.

Great location once in you're in the city. Would not recommend keeping a car here but its walkable to everywhere you need to get to.
The ac wasn't the best but then again Gdansk doesn't typically get that hot. Downside, the trump emptying the recycle at 6am sounded like a nuclear bomb for half an hour straight.

Awesome location! If you pre-book early enough, you can park at the hotel which is nice.
The walls are a bit thin if your neighbors are loud but it did not bother us.

The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of all major sites. Breakfast was served with a wide variety of items. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an apartment. Staff were very accommodating - especially Arthur.

Everything! The room was to a very high standard, the breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff. The location, very close to the Cathedral enabled us to see all the local sites.
A small point. Taxis cannot come to the front door during working hours. The receptionist was clueless as to where to pick up the taxi we had ordered when leaving. A moment of panic as we had a train to catch.

Comfortable hotel in a superb central location, just off the waterfront. Friendly, courteous and efficient staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Large well-appointed room with a spacious fridge. My room overlooked a quiet square with a view of St Mary's Basilica, and was very peaceful. Overall I couldn't be happier
I asked for a double bed and what I got was two single beds pushed together, with a large sheet covering both. But this was not a big issue.
I was a little bit surprised that there were no English-language news channels on the TV. But again, this was not a big issue

Perfect location, the room was spacious and comfortable. We tried the add in breakfast which was also of good variety and price. Overall clean.
The safe seems to reset every time you enter the room which is a little frustrating.
