The location was perfect - about 15 minutes from the train station and a similar distance from the main square. There’s also a tram stop right next to the building. The street itself is quiet, with several nice cafés nearby. The hotel is situated in an old townhouse, well maintained and charming. There are water dispensers available in the hallways, which was a thoughtful touch.
Our experience in the so-called “premium room” was ruined by a very loud elevator. The room was adjacent to the elevator shaft, and we could hear every single ride. This was especially bothersome when we were trying to sleep - the noise was disturbing late in the evening and woke us up early in the morning. A room like this should be offered as a budget option, not marketed as premium.

The hotel is situated in a very central part of Krakow. Very close to the city square and very close to all the shops. In front of the hotel there's a tram stop which is very convenient to travel around the city. The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable and equipped with essential amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, iron and very good showers cubicles with warm water. The breakfast is abundant and offers a variety of food. I must not forget to praise the staff especially the reception people which are very helpful in all ways. We needed to book transportation from the hotel to the airport which they took the responsibility to do so. Plus that they were very helpful whenever we needed to ask something. I highly recommend this hotel to whoever is going to visit Krakow.
As a suggestion, I would include a mini fridge in the rooms

Our room was nice. The beds were very comfy.
The pillows were extremely lumpy and not very comfy.
We had to keep asking for coffee and tea as very little were put in our room when it was cleaned.
The Hotel breakfast was very basic and was not worth the money. Very disappointed.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Just outside of Rynek and all the chaos that comes with it, but close enough to get there on foot in minutes. Also a short to and from the main railway station and mall/gallery attached to it. My room had a nice little balcony with a view of the hotel's garden, both of which would've been really nice had it not been late November, and snowing. The room was small but cozy, but a smart use of space — closet chest + hooks on the wall for jackets, space for luggage etc. I also like that there was a choice to pay extra to have breakfast included each morning, something I chose to opt out of. All in all, this hotel is perfect for a single person or couple who travels to see the city, not sit in a room.
My only complaint is that I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator in my room. It may have been listed that way and I just missed it in the room description. In my case, this wasn't an issue. Since it was cold, I made use of the balcony and stored beverages outside.

Location was excellent for a quick walk in to the city centre. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent

Location perfect for visiting Krakow.... Hotel breakfast was excellent.
Everything was as good as we could have wanted. We had a Garden View room away from the street, so Tram noise was not noted. Unsure if this would be the case if you are located on street side.
