This hotel has one major advantage for me – its proximity to my grandmother’s apartment. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. In my opinion, the price for the accommodation is very poor compared to what is offered.
I booked a larger room, but given its size, I cannot imagine how small the standard rooms must be. The window could not be opened at all. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the bathtub lock was broken. The biggest issue, however, was with the room door. Upon arrival, the door was left open, and it required excessive force to close properly. Even more concerning, after housekeeping service during our stay, we returned to find the room door once again left open.
Breakfast was mediocre at best, leaning towards below average. The reception service was not particularly friendly, although I would like to highlight the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff at the parking area.
Overall, given the price, this hotel was a disappointment.

Very comfortable stay. Staff were all very helpful. Would recommend.
About a half hour steady walk to the old town .
Hotel bar only opened at 6pm.

Its a nice place to stay in Krakow – clean and comfortable rooms. I really liked it! The best part is that there’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby called Bollywood Masala House, which made the stay even better.
I do like every thing.

Good value-price relation; quite close to tram (well connected).
Rooms could have better storage solutions, i.e small wardrobe integrated on the walls, for 2 people it is a bit tight.
