The location was perfect! The staff were awesome and thee room and the hotel itself is clean.
Not that I don’t like it but it will be great if we knew ahead of our stay that the AC were only working from October to April.

The cooling system is expected to be functioning starting from May but it was not possible to turn it on. There were no fridge in the room.

The hotel is well decorated and the breakfast is great. Great mini shop by reception too. The safe was free to use and the rooms are a good size. The beds are comfortable and it was clean.
The walls are very thin, so you hear everything. Flushes, showers, TVs and conversations. If you visit in the colder months, you can't use the A/C as the hotel turns it off (until May) so your choice is a little cooler with traffic noise from an open window or get really warm.
The TV was a good size but largely useless due to the selection of channels or unless you speak Polish (You are in Poland after all).
You get given two bottles of water for free, one still and one sparkling but both of mine were sparkling even the one labelled as still.
I tried asking for recommendations at reception but it was a little like pulling teeth so quickly gave up.
They only clean every other day, but as I was there for 3 nights, they only cleaned on the 2nd day which is a bit stupid as I was checking out the next day so they'd have to clean it again the day after anyway?
Lastly, don't try emailing the hotel with a last minute request, they'll probably ignore you.

Sound proof walls could be better, lots of noise in early mornings when groups of tourists were to check out in front of elevators

Check in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly, even provided us with a discount card for a restaurant close by.
The room was ok, a little small, but we were there to sleep.
Transport links were close by, tram and bus stop not too far from the hotel at all.
The size of the room, it felt a little cramped, but it worked for the 2 of us.
The bathroom, the glass shower curtain/door was not suitable and the bathroom flooded easily.
There could have been another way into the building that was on the same side as the public transport links, as we had to walk around the hotel to get in.

Close by the old town, it has tram and buses 5 min from it. Decent buffet.
It could have been cleaner, they didn’t change our towels on the 2nd day.

there another location near Galeria Krakowska and it was confusing which one is your hotel you need to stay, even delivery said such thing happened several times with other people

The room was impeccably clean, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Unlike most three-star hotels I've stayed at in other cities, this one provided complimentary welcome water, which delighted me and reminded me of the "omotenashi" (hospitality) found in luxury Japanese hotels. During my stay, I happened to coincide with teenagers on their graduation trip who were socializing and playing music both outside and in their rooms, which somewhat disrupted my experience. Despite this, I wouldn't give the hotel any negative feedback. If you plan to stay here, I'd recommend requesting a room away from any student groups to ensure a more peaceful stay.
