Location was great, service and breakfast was great too
There wasn't a handrail in the.shower which would be lovely as people who wear glasses have to take them off to shower and the area is blurred. So holding on to a bar would be great when washing feet

In the centre, few minutes from station and easy walk to bars and restaurants. Room was lovely, staff great.

Small gift if you chose to not have the room cleaned - although cleaning service entered the room anyway and cleaned a bit
One of the towels had a hole in it - unacceptable for a 4 star hotel...
The shower hardware was unstable
Some amenities missing for 4 star hotel + no electrical socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom
Strange speaker like device in bathroom with unclear destination
Noise from the trams and traffic in rooms facing the main boulevard

This hotel is in a great location to explore Krakow and to travel to further sites to see being so close to the Main Train station. Lovely, clean hotel, with welcoming staff. A true gem.
