Excellent hotel situated at the entrance to Galaria shopping center (modern with shopping and restaurants) and Krakow Glowny Station and a short walk to the Old
Town Square. Facilities were excellent as was the comfortable and spacious room. There are numerous excellent restaurants and other smaller places to eat in the immediate vicinity.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Old Town and a very short walk from Krakow Glowny (main train station). Shopping, restaurants and site seeing right outside the door.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room and facilites were nice and comfortable.

The location is very good, very close to the mall and the central transportation hub, and 7 min walk from the city center. The staff was very nice, breakfast was good and fresh. When we left they kept our suitcases for half a day.
The room were very small and we kept bumping into each other. The price was ok for the weekdays but almost doubled over the weekend so we passed on prolonging our stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location close to the old town and main train station are ideal.
The hotel is used by many tour groups which makes the breakfast area very loud and uncomfortable. There should be better arrangements for those people who do not form part of a tour group.

The hotel was recommended by some relatives, and honestly, their recommendation did not disappoint:
1. Excellent location—right across from a shopping mall and a train station, and not far from the city center.
2. Convenient underground parking.
3. Very professional staff.
If I visit Krakow again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location, just 10 minutes from the center of the old town and literally in front of the train station. Cute modern design with good AC in a hot summer. Very chic bar on the ground floor. What you expect from the brand. Elevator so you don’t have to worry about lugging heavy luggage. Fridge in room, and they gave me fresh water bottles every day. Clean and modern bathroom. My favorite part was that you can take a plant from the lobby up to your room. Made it so homey! Excellent location and good value for the money.
Breakfast is overpriced. I recommend eating elsewhere. So many fun eateries and cafés around Kraków. Hotel is a bit shabby here and there, holes in curtains that let the light in, dirty windows, stale carpet, things like that. Could do with some upkeep and modernization. But overall great value for the money. I might stay somewhere with more of a boutique vibe next time I’m in Kraków. But I think this was a great hotel, especially if you’re looking for comfort and amenities. I think this is a good place to stay if you’ve got USAmerican sensibilities and are used to larger rooms, elevators, and strong AC. I think this would be a good place to bring my octogenarian parents. Could be good for families too.

Location
I stayed at Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Cracow for 7 nights with my wife and children. Unfortunately, the experience was filled with service failures and a lack of professionalism.
• Room issue: I paid in advance for connecting rooms but was initially placed in two separate rooms on the 4th floor without a connecting door. Only after carrying all our luggage and returning to reception was I moved to properly connected rooms on the 2nd floor.
• Staff behavior: One night, I was locked outside the hotel. When I called the intercom, the night receptionist shouted at me and hung up the phone. When I knocked on the glass door, he came out and continued shouting rudely instead of helping. Completely unprofessional and insulting.
• No luggage assistance: On the final night around 9 PM, I requested a trolley to take luggage to my car in the underground parking. The receptionist replied: “You need to come get it yourself – no one is available to help.”
• Breakfast is open to non-guests, making it crowded and noisy. Not suitable for families looking for a peaceful environment.
• Room key cards failed daily and had to be reprogrammed almost every day. Simply placing them near a phone caused them to stop working — a frustrating and outdated system.
• The gym is extremely small, poorly ventilated, and located in the basement — not suitable for proper workouts.
• The ironing room is also in the basement, which is inconvenient and not practical for families or long stays.
The only positive is the hotel’s location, which is directly next to Galeria Krakowska mall — great for shopping and access to the train station.
Although the front office manager eventually apologized and issued a small refund (700 PLN), it didn’t make up for the repeated discomforts, lack of assistance, and poor staff attitude throughout the stay.
I do not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting professionalism, service, and basic respect.
