Location was excellent, walking distance to downtow. Nice walk, gorgeous city and vibrant atmosphere.
Good Gym facilities (that's important to me :))

great stay overall -- very lovely room, comfortable bed, convenient location to transportation and old town; courteous staff
wifi needs to be secured with password (for checking bank transactions, flight reservations, etc); water from the shower leaked onto the floor by the sink; some may need added/brighter lighting especially when packing; overall no major issues

One of the towels had a hole in it - unacceptable for a 4 star hotel...
The shower hardware was unstable
Some amenities missing for 4 star hotel + no electrical socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom
Strange speaker like device in bathroom with unclear destination
Noise from the trams and traffic in rooms facing the main boulevard

Location was excellent, tram line right outside, train and bus station just through the huge shopping centre next door. Hotel decor was really nice, rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with great choices. Nice bar on site too. There is also a gym and sauna

We have spent long weekend , in Kraków, this hotel has perfect location, near shopping mall, train bus station and just a,short walk to old town , the staff at this hotel is very friendly professional and helpful , room was very clean modern and,comfortable, we had a problem with our TV in our room , so they moved us to the fantastic apartment .

Best location - Close to the mall, to public transportation, the market.
Excellent breakfast with huge variety, We really enjoyed it. Staff were efficient and friendly. Rooms were nicely, moderately design and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The only thing that wasn’t pleasant were the pillows, they were too soft.
