Location was fantastic. So good to be near the old town and the Jewish district and close to Vistula river and the castle
There was a lot of unnecessary light in the room. From above the curtains and also from the blue light right next to the door

Cleanliness, locality to attractions, friendly staff, spacious room, I could go on and on about the positives! Breakfasts are amazing. Our third time staying at Ventus Rosa and cant recommend it highly enough.

An excellent boutique hotel within walking distance of the old town. You get comfort of a hotel along with facilities of a serviced apartment. Staff members are very helpful and polite.

Amazing place, great stuff, perfect breakfast, super clean, very big room with all the facilities necessary. Location was just perfect, we walked to all the places didn't needed any transportation at all with in the city. We arrived from and to the airport by taxi (Bolt and Uber) very cheep, we also went by taxi to the outlet outside the city and it was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic with everything you can imagen and more, the stuff helped us with everything we needed. This is the perfect place to stay in Krakow and we will be back for sure.

Had one problem we had booked ventus rosa apartment taxi driver picked us up from airport and dropped us off it was the wrong place as this hotel was getting renovated my phone wasn't working so we were stranded if it wasn't for a young lady helping us to get in touch with the hotel don't know what would have happened hotel said it was the Venta Rosa boutique hotel which was were we should have gone hotel said they had sent a email to say that is where we should have gone But we did not receive this message so we had to pay for a taxi

Nice interior, very close to Rynek
I booked for 2 adults and a 10 years old child but there was no arrangement for the child made; not even an additional blanket.
There was a kitchenette facility in the room but only one chair at a small table - we couldnt eat a meal if we wanted to prepare food.
The shower cabin doesnt prevent the water from spilling, the whole bathroom floor was covered in water.

This was our second time staying at the Ventus Rosa. Me and my daughter love this place, its about 10 mins walk from the square. The staff are great.

We found the location perfect, it is very convinient and we did not need to use public transportation for visiting the center. Breakfast was nice and we could order a lunch box for only 5 euros!!:)

Kitchen not really good equiped, appartment could be cleaner, not easy to park near for normal price.
