In half of the house there was no light because the lamps were not working, the washing machine does not work, the TV is difficult to operate, and in the bathroom there is no curtain or mat, so when you take a shower the water flows onto the floor.

Nice and clean, updated apartment in an older building. The apartment included a full kitchen and bathroom. It was within easy walking distance to the old part of Krakow, as well as grocery stores. Our two options for parking were a monitored paid lot down the block, or metered street parking in front of the apartment. We chose the latter, as there was a constant law enforcement presence due to the Russian Consulate being located across the street. We definitely recommend this apartment because of its location.
The bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the bed. That was a battle

The only good thing is that the location, relatively close to the center.
The building is old, looking good, but the apartment is poorly maintained. When I entered I was hammered by a heavy smell of old things, cheap detergent and I saw some moths in the room. The pillows have lumps, all were like pancakes and my mattress was dirty and stained. Also they don`t have mattress protection... I know in the hospitality industry is a must, but... The furniture is old and scratchy looking like coming from real communist age... I found a single towel for wiping the face and hands for two people, and the body towels were old and ragged The breakfast is poor and on the last day I didn't even receive it even though I paid for it. I asked for money back twice but they didn't answer any message.
