The location is fantastic. We bought breakfast stuff from a small grocer around the corner and that way we had our breakfast each morning. At night we slept very well.
Some dish soap in the kitchenette would have enabled me to do more than just rinse my used dishes.

Perfect location if you want to feel Krakow's heartbeat. Stunning, modernized building with a tiny, yet convenient, elevator. The view cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy access to all parts of city, friendly and efficient staff, clean property, whole apartment (spacious), great shower, nice lighting, good AC. There was dancing each night outside the apartment entrance in the square - so fun! The place was quiet at night though.

Right in the heart of the main plaza!! We had a room that was back from the main square, so it was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot. There was also a kitchen sink and a small stove. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We extended our stay when we stayed since we liked the location so much.
No negatives to mention really.

The location is exceptional. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. It was our first trip to Krakow and we would definitely return to this hotel.
