Wonderful
The location in the heart of Kazimierz district was immaculate. Truly enjoyed how smooth was the checking in and how clean was the room.
Super cozy and homemade breakfast was fabulous.
Really great value for money.
The room could’ve been better planned, but there’s not much room for creativity in these old buildings.

I got check-in details within 20 min of booking the hotel. Instructions were clear, the room was clean, and I had everything I needed for the night.
The room temperature was set a little low, so it was chilly when I checked in. But I turned the radiators on level 5, and it warmed up quickly.

The hotel is in a very good location - within walking distance of the river and the old town. I really liked that they had a room with three separate beds, which is so rare. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean and nice. Next time I come to Krakow, I will choose the same accommodation :)

We had an amazing experience staying here and would absolutely recommend it. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the reception team was extremely responsive and helpful.
When we checked in, we were very impressed with the room. It was spotless and clearly very well maintained. The bathroom was modern and very clean, with a great shower. The room had everything you could expect from a good hotel: a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, and plenty of space. Everything felt fresh and well looked after.
The location is also excellent. It’s in a very quiet area, but at the same time there are several tram stops nearby, which makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, and the city centre is only a short walk away.
Another highlight was the value for money. The price was very competitive compared to other hotels, yet the quality and comfort definitely did not disappoint.
I should also mention how accommodating the staff were. I asked the night before if it would be possible to check out a bit later, and by the next morning they had already replied and extended our checkout time to 11:30 (instead of the usual 10:00), which we really appreciated.
Room cleaning/service was also available if needed, and overall everything was very well managed. Honestly, we couldn’t find anything to complain about.
A fantastic stay and an easy 10/10. Highly recommended.

Location was great, and even though it is a historic building, there was a modern elevator. Also great price.
Hated the tv that was hanging on the wall like 30 cm from the bed. Really strange decision. Just don't hang it at all. Also since it's a rooftop floor, the room had weird curved ceilings

Central location close to all attraction and main square. Good breakfast.
Could do with coffee bags/sachets in the room. What’s the point of having kettle and mugs if coffee/tea is not provided. It’s a basic that should have been provided.

Located in the Jewish Quarter, close to the historic center, the room was spacious, the price-quality ratio was ok, the breakfast was ok
The mattress was not comfortable, the bathroom quite small, the hot water from the boiler quite difficult to adjust the temperature
