Almost everything was good
It’s not good if your rooms window are on the street side, especially in weekends, because it’s noisy outside and it’s impossible to open the window. Water in shower didn’t do away so fast so there was a lake in shower while showering

The location was great as right in the restaurant, bar area in the Jewish Quarter and a short walk from old town as well as from Wisla river, very close to public transport and lots of convenient stores also.
The beds were comfortable. Shower was really good! Also good that there was an elevator in the building. A very nice courtyard garden to relax in was a huge plus in the summer.
There was no ventilation nor air conditioning in the room, which is why it got very hot and stuffy in the room. The windows did open but due to being close to busy street with lots of traffic and bars there was a lot of street noise coming in with open windows and inpossible to sleep. Therefore would not choose this place again in the summer. Perhaps not all windos were not facing the street so it is worth asking before making the booking.

Great location. Good room, spacious enough but with small bathroom. Could be cleaner. Towels had some stains. Double bed was not double but two singles put together, the gap in the middle was very inconvenient. Contrary to advertised, there was no parking in this property. We spent ah hour looking for a place to park. The area is busy and parking could be tricky, plus it comes at additional cost.

Spacious room in the attic, very convenient location in Kazimierz, within walking distance of many attractions, bars, shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and it feels safe as a solo traveller. Great value for money.
I had an attic room which didn’t have a blind or curtain and as it was summer, the early sunrise was a slight problem for sleeping. There is a kettle included, but it would’ve been nice to have tea/coffee provided.

Exceptional value for money – the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended. we were able to get into our room early.
Has a lift to level 4 but needed to use a few stairs to get into our room.

The hotel is very good, 50 meters from the old town, clean, quiet, furnished with everything you need. The rooms are spacious. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The attitude of the staff is excellent - they checked us earlier, for which we thank them very much.
