I like the location and the functionality of the room - it was pretty spacious with a pretty good size desk, which came handy for work purpose. The price was very affordable, including breakfast

Breakfast was great, and the staff is really nice. The location is just amazing in the heart of the Jewish quarter. There are plenty of good options to eat in the area, and is walking distance from most attractions. I will definitely go back to Tournet.
The shower didn't work properly when I got the room, but after notifying the front desk, the fix it quite quickly

The location was good. The receptionist was always very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast offered a good selection.

The place is really nice and close to the old center. The room was clean and big enough. The breakfast is ok and fresh. There is elevator, a big plus for the building, and they have a private terrace in the backyard. Tram station very close.
Since there is no air conditionated (as mentioned in the description) we had to sleep with open windows and it was a bit noisy from the street. But it is ok.

Bathroom was good. Good location. Beautiful garden to sit outside (see photos)
It was always hot inside the room. This is a common problem in Krakow. It can be 20 degrees outside but the room feels like 30 degrees.
I tried to keep the window open, but someone kept emptying large amounts of glass into a bin outside my window at 7.40am every morning. It was so loud and woke me up, even with ear plugs!
