The location is perfect for travellers!
The air conditioner was loud and if we opened the window there were loud noises until the early morning hours.

Room was comfortable nice to have a fridge
No one was there when we arrived as the desk is not fully attended for the whole day. Had to wait outside as no entry to the building, and it is on the 3rd floor, not second, lots of stairs which was fine.

Hidden gem in old town Krakow, great location to a lot of history, good food and night life. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, WiFi was fast and staff was super friendly and helpful!

Room was great. It was on the top floor but the reception offered to help with the bags. The room was a very nice size for Europe and the A/C made sleeping perfect. The mattress was super comfortable too.

The staff was incredible! Incredibly friendly and attentive to anything we might need.
The place is beautifully renovated, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the location.
The restaurant next door, where the hotel provides free breakfast, is beautiful, with views to a park, and the food is quite good.
The rooms and the bathrooms were not very spacious.

Good location and big room with its amenities.
There was no mention about breakfast time from 9 am and even not in the same place. With a baby, having to wait to that late is not always convenient. They should make a disclaimer before.
Lastly, stairs, there are plenty mentions of it but still gets annoying after couple of days.

The location was excellent, staff very polite and helpful.
We had a small issue with the room booking. We were a family of 2 adults and one 11yr old child. The room had 1 extra large bed and we were told we all had to sleep in the 1 bed. This requirement is not clear when booking, had we known there was only 1 bed we would not have booked for your hotel. Your staff were very helpful however and managed to source another bed for the remaining 3 nights of our 4 night stay. Unfortunately the extra bed provided was like sleeping on concrete. Overall, this affected the quality of our stay due to lack of sleep.

Location was GREAT - stones throw from the main square. Rooms were really modern and clean. There was a safe & iron in each of our rooms.
There was no lift in the block but it’s an old building so to be expected.

Great location in the Old Town, nice room with a huge, comfy bed. The room was kept very clean and tidy. We'd definitely go there again when coming to Krakow.
We got breakfast in the restaurant next door. It was a really nice place with good food, but unfortunately they were not flexible. We wanted something else that wasn't on the "hotel-menu" and were quite willing to pay the extra costs, but instead they charged us for the entire meal. Seemed a bit weird.
