Disappointing
The accommodation itself has genuine strengths worth acknowledging — the location is excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained. Under different circumstances, this could have been a pleasant stay.
However, what unfolded on my checkout morning was deeply troubling and ultimately overshadowed everything else. A few friends arrived around 10:00 AM to help me with my luggage and accompany me out. What followed was nothing short of shocking: a member of the reception staff and the housekeeper confronted our group in an aggressive and hostile manner, raising their voices and insisting that unregistered visitors were not permitted in the room. I calmly attempted to explain that my guests were there solely to assist me with my belongings as I was checking out — a completely routine and reasonable situation. My explanation was ignored entirely.
The situation escalated when staff members threatened to call the police. There was no disruptive behavior, no alcohol, nothing remotely warranting such a response. It was 10 in the morning, and I was in the final minutes of a legitimate, paid stay.
As a 38-year-old working professional, I have stayed at numerous properties over the years and have never once been treated with such suspicion, aggression, or disrespect. The manner in which the staff handled this situation was not only unnecessary — it was humiliating.
A great location and clean rooms mean very little when guests are made to feel like suspects in their final moments on the property. I would strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere. Management would do well to urgently address how their staff communicates with — and about — their paying guests.
Would not return. Would not recommend.

No one was there when we arrived as the desk is not fully attended for the whole day. Had to wait outside as no entry to the building, and it is on the 3rd floor, not second, lots of stairs which was fine.

Hidden gem in old town Krakow, great location to a lot of history, good food and night life. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, WiFi was fast and staff was super friendly and helpful!

Room was great. It was on the top floor but the reception offered to help with the bags. The room was a very nice size for Europe and the A/C made sleeping perfect. The mattress was super comfortable too.

The staff was incredible! Incredibly friendly and attentive to anything we might need.
The place is beautifully renovated, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the location.
The restaurant next door, where the hotel provides free breakfast, is beautiful, with views to a park, and the food is quite good.
The rooms and the bathrooms were not very spacious.

Good location and big room with its amenities.
There was no mention about breakfast time from 9 am and even not in the same place. With a baby, having to wait to that late is not always convenient. They should make a disclaimer before.
Lastly, stairs, there are plenty mentions of it but still gets annoying after couple of days.

The location was excellent, staff very polite and helpful.
We had a small issue with the room booking. We were a family of 2 adults and one 11yr old child. The room had 1 extra large bed and we were told we all had to sleep in the 1 bed. This requirement is not clear when booking, had we known there was only 1 bed we would not have booked for your hotel. Your staff were very helpful however and managed to source another bed for the remaining 3 nights of our 4 night stay. Unfortunately the extra bed provided was like sleeping on concrete. Overall, this affected the quality of our stay due to lack of sleep.

Location was GREAT - stones throw from the main square. Rooms were really modern and clean. There was a safe & iron in each of our rooms.
There was no lift in the block but it’s an old building so to be expected.

Great location in the Old Town, nice room with a huge, comfy bed. The room was kept very clean and tidy. We'd definitely go there again when coming to Krakow.
We got breakfast in the restaurant next door. It was a really nice place with good food, but unfortunately they were not flexible. We wanted something else that wasn't on the "hotel-menu" and were quite willing to pay the extra costs, but instead they charged us for the entire meal. Seemed a bit weird.
