The room was actually bigger than it seemed in the photos. The location was great, right in the old town and on a lively street for restaurants and bars, but as soon as the window was shut we couldn't hear any noise. Couldn't have wanted anywhere better for a weekend stay, will book here again for our next trip.
The duvet was a bit small for the size of the bed, could have done with an extra one.

Szewska 22 is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city literally 2 mins walk from the main square the rooms are very well equipped and was really clean and modern looking. There was coffee/tea station, hairdryer, TV with complementary Netflix, Amazon prime ect and free decent WiFi. I'm so pleased I picked here it looks beautiful on the photos and it's just as nice in person the front desk people were very helpful booking our taxi home ect id definitely recommend staying here. The bed was huge too and very comfortable

Everything was good, the room was really nice and had all the usual facilities, location couldn't have been better central to the old town, but far enough to not be disturbed by the noise. Would definitely recommend and return if we came back to krakow.
Kept losing the internet and the television, could have topped up the drinking water.

I love this place, its the second time ive stayed here, and wont be the last
Room 2, a little loud at night due to it facing the high street and its busy fri/sat nights. But it hasnt put me off

I couldn't speak highly enough of the Szewska 22 Boutique Hotel from we walked in the door Dominika made us feel so welcome she told us all the best places to eat and drink and sites to see she was first class. The hotel itself was stylish, comfortable and clean we had everything we needed and anything we didn't have Dominika was on hand to sort us out by ordering us taxis and helping us arrange tours etc she was amazing every hotel should have a Dominika, it is also in a fab location within walking distance to loads of restaurants bars beautiful markets etc we also did the salt mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau tours I would highly recommend them and also do the river cruise such a beautiful city and fab hotel we will definitely be back x x
It wasn't an issue for us but the hotel is on the second floor and there is no lift available just could be an issue for someone with mobility problems

We loved everything about this wee hidden gem, from the decor to the most comfortable beds this boutique makes your stay unforgettable. Can't recommend it enough so do not doubt about booking.

Beautiful facilities, very clean and wonderful location close to everything.
The noise all night was quite annoying. The shops below were open until 5.00am and there was a lot of shouting and drunken behaviour that woke us up all night.

The rooms were spacious and pretty. The location was great. Staff was superb, friendly and helpful!
4 floor walk up was unexpected. Most importantly the air conditioning simply didn't keep the room cool which made sleeping difficult. Breakfast had a limited selection.

The receptionists were exceptional. Always very helpful and polite.. I was in Krakow as a guest at my friend's sons wedding.. I had a middle ear infection after flying from the UK and came over dizzy whilst standing out at reception. The receptionist offered to call a Dr for me. Although a Dr wasn't needed in the end - the young lady was very kind. Everything in the room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable.
Everything was great! I would maybe mention that the hotel is located on the 1st and 2nd floors - up a couple of flights of stairs - so not ideal if you have mobility issues.
