Wonderful
Very new, had everything you needed and very quiet. Little shops around and within a 15min walk from the center. Perfect for a small family (playground right around the corner too)
One of the doors didn't stay close and getting the key and garage door opener was a bit complicated (need to go to the reception in the apartment complex but no space to park in front while getting the keys). But that's very minor

Apartment was very clean and great value for money. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the apartment.
Everything was great, apart from there weren't any washing tablets for the washing machine

The apartment is beautiful and tidy. Complete kitchen appliances and can cooking like feeling at home. Near to Galeria Krakowska. Easy access to your transport i.e train, tram, and bus. Professional staff.
The key lock may have issue for first time. Double bed room - the mattress is super soft so you like easily fell to the side. Pillow is soft and my neck pain after use it. Maybe need to change the mattress and need good pillow.

Apartment is perfect, really stylish and big. Mini supermarket (Zabka) and nice cafe to eat (Blossom) are 5 min walk
1 set of keys. Check-in is a little old school when you need to go to the office to get keys or if you arrived when office is closed to get keys in the safe.

Certainly good value for money. Especially if you travel by car with kids. Two bedroom apartment with all necessary kitchen appliances and safe parking. Great location within walking distance from old town!
Just a few notes below: The walls, curtains and carpet had some small stains in multiple places that I believe can be easily removed by the host, so that the apartment stays neat and clean. The single beds in the second bedroom are a little bit flimsy. Maybe that can be fixed by tightening screws or something like that.

I did not receive the message to collect the keys. Calls made to the phone number was not answered. A good Samaritan somehow was able to contact the official who provided code to the lock box to collect the key. It would be best that the message for collection is sent a day in advance so that the guest does not have to undergo anxiety and waiting on the road (late in the evening). My wife was worried and we were very close to deciding to get a hotel for the night.

Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from Galeria shopping centre and main train station. Apartment is in a quiet, gated ,residential area with access by fob. The balcony looked onto nicely tended gardens below. It felt safe and was peaceful at night. There is a small shop for basics and coffee just outside the complex beside the Sun and Snow office where keys are picked up and dropped off. The apartment is spacious and clean. Would definitely book again if back in Krakow.
A dish towel would be a good addition.
