Nice modern apartment. Spacious, good facilities.
Expected one of the bedrooms to have 2 single beds…had to use fold out bed in sitting room as one bed instead. Wasn’t clear when booking what apartment you would get.
Apartment complex was confusing to find way to.
Location could have been better.

very good location and comfy flat, clean and cosy
I struggled a little bit to find the flat. The address was 20J/128; however, the J is related to the building itself, not to the staircase. So the correct and precise address should be Street name 20, then building J, staircase (c), and flat number.

Apt provided essentials but missing some essentials such as coffee & sugar, condiments
Internet did not work so while they advertised for it but no Internet/streamings . Also we found the sheets not cleaned in one bed

From start to finish, our experience with The Sun & Snow was the best and easiest we've ever had. We were even able to check in early without any issues, which was incredibly convenient. Communication with the hosts was excellent and fast, ensuring a smooth process throughout our stay.
We've been booking through Sun & Snow for over a year now, and every time, it's a fantastic experience. One of the great advantages is that their office is nearby, making it easy to stop by and ask any questions.
The apartment is located in a very nice, brand-new community. Despite being close to the train station, the neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is also located very close to the Old Town Kraków, with everything conveniently nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, and features modern furniture and great design, making our stay very pleasant.
It has everything you could possibly need, from kitchen appliances and plates to a washer and iron. It truly feels like a home away from home.
I will continue to book only through Sun & Snow—they are top-notch.

Very new, had everything you needed and very quiet. Little shops around and within a 15min walk from the center. Perfect for a small family (playground right around the corner too)
One of the doors didn't stay close and getting the key and garage door opener was a bit complicated (need to go to the reception in the apartment complex but no space to park in front while getting the keys). But that's very minor

Apartment was very clean and great value for money. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the apartment.
Everything was great, apart from there weren't any washing tablets for the washing machine

The apartment is beautiful and tidy. Complete kitchen appliances and can cooking like feeling at home. Near to Galeria Krakowska. Easy access to your transport i.e train, tram, and bus. Professional staff.
The key lock may have issue for first time.
Double bed room - the mattress is super soft so you like easily fell to the side. Pillow is soft and my neck pain after use it. Maybe need to change the mattress and need good pillow.
