It was adjacent to the train and bus Station. Just a block from a huge mall and maybe 4 blocks from Krakow main city square.

Pleasant
Location of the hotel was great and close to shops and major transport. Rooms were basic with shared facilites. Neighbourhood was generally quite but the room was well lit all night. Staff were friendly and spoke english. No TV in room and only basic furniture.

Very clean, great location. Quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and spoke great English, which helps me a lot. 3 mins from bus and train station. Close to food and anything you could need.

Exceptional location for a traveller spending the night in Krakow and heading for an early flight. The rooms have been recently renovated, so the bed linen and mattress felt like new.
Climbing stairs with a heavy suitcase might be challenging; no power socket close to the bed.

Hotel is situated right next to main (central) train station but still very quiet. The old city center is just about 15 mins walk away. Rooms are clean and spacious. The reception is 24h open.
Furniture quite old and used. Beds are very hard. There was a shortage of towels during our stay.

Disappointing
When you arrive late after 1am at night from long trip and want to have a rest because you need to wake up early in the morning but people from the next rooms and all around are so loud, and no one from staff controles it. It's not acceptable. Very bad bed, every your turn is so loud, unpossible to sleep. Unfortunately not happy with this hotel

The backyard was beautiful to take a rest in, and the central position of the hotel makes it an easy choice

Handy location for late arrivals. Front reception seemed a little annoyed about our late arrival. 24 hour deal was however advertised. Beds are a little small. Otherwise convenient for a one night stay
