Hi everyone This was my favorite hotel in Krakow. I have stayed more than 10 times, but the last stay was disappointing because a forgotten item was not returned. I forgot my automatic toothbrush worth 300 euros and the staff told that it was not found. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this hotel anymore, I have a rule that if something is stolen from me or a forgotten item is not returned, I will not stay at this hotel anymore. Goodbye hotel P.S. I wish the hotel staff to have a snow-white smile

The internal design and decoration and cleanliness of the whole hotel was superb. The beds in our room were blissful - superb mattresses and pillows. The decor of the room was excellent and we had an internal view of the hotel which was pleasant but not as good as one of the river which we requested. The staff were very helpful although the receptionist was difficult to understand.
The food was good but not excellent. For example the minestrone soup in the Italian restaurant had half-cooked chopped vegetables but no pasta. A bit disappointing. The baked eggplant parmigiana served in our room was far too heavy with cheese. I could only eat half of it. (However, I note that generally, the Polish diet is much heavier than the British).

The room on the fourth floor overlooked the river, great view, great artwork on the walls as throughout the hotel. A big spacious atrium area with a restaurant and island bar with a large seating area, very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a great place to eat and enjoy superb cocktails. The sports bar is a great place for a beer and nibbles. To me the best was the club lounge, probably one of the best weve stayed, delicious hot and cold food,beautiful desserts. And a great selection of beer wines and spirits, a big thank you to Robert a great host.
The whole team were as friendly as they were professional.
