The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in and we were able to check in a little early!
This is the loudest, noisiest hotel stay I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it was just our room and where it was located but we stayed in Apartment 3 on the 2nd floor. We could hear every person coming up and down the stairs, in the corridor the door to our section of rooms self closed but slammed loudly, every single person talking in the hallway, the people above us walking and moving chairs, all of this sounded like it was in the room with us. Then what I believe was the water heater in the bathroom made a very loud clunking noise any time we flushed the toilet, or turned on the sink and at random times. The people above us were partying very loudly until 2am but because there’s no front desk staff in the evenings there was no one to tell.
The bathroom also had a bad smell coming from it. This was a rough stay for us sadly.

It was not my first time at Roller. THis time I stayed in a studio, and that was a great choice. The room is quite big for one or two people, with a kitchenette equipped with everything necessary. A special thank you for the coffee capsules :)
The room has the only window overlooking the courtyard. It makes the room a bit darker than I'd like it to be. Also, there is a balcony leading to other rooms right under the window, so if your curtains is open people getting to those room can see what's going on in your room. On the positive side, ther were just a few, so overall it's not a big problem.

Property says, PAY AT THE PROPERTY. They cancelled my reservation even though I was texting them and said the card must be having issues but I will pay at property regardless when I arrive , I got a OK text back. I arrive at night with my 2 children after driving 9 hours to find out the cancelled our reservation and I can only pay on booing.com. I was not able to rebook another reservation for that same night as system was not allowing, I ended up stranded on the street with 2 small kids nowhere to sleep at 21:00 ! No one picked up when I tried calling second time to explain I couldn't pay on booking.com , had to call around hotels near by if anyone was willing to take us last minute so we wouldn't be homeless for the night. You call yourself a hotel ? what a shame !

A charming place, a big spacy room with a city view. It is close to the central railway terminal and supermarkets. Not crispy new, but charming and very clean. A nice touch was a glass container full of fresh coffe and a good enough selection of tea in the room.
Unfrotunately, I didn't realize that I am booking a roome with an external - though private - bathroom, I would really prefer it to be inside. But this was my fault, not the host's. The only small inconvenience was that the socket to charge a telephone was not located near the bed.

I like the location. Great downtown and convenient to the train and bus stations
We arrived at 2am and our room was occupied. It was a big surprised middle of the night with 2 children. I called the number provided and the gentlemen apologized and found us the room next door. The room next door was not very clean especially around the shower area. And the photo are not the same as in the reality.

Brilliant location. Close to Old Town and Train station. Quiet. Easily accessible. Well equipped. Clean and comfortable beds.
The WiFi was disappointing. But an effort was always made to get it sorted.

Excellent location! in the center, close to the railway station, but near the quiet road. Very nicely renovated rooms in old building, contain all that is needed for a short stay.
Room was small, and even thought it included basic kitchen utensils, there was really no proper table to sit and use them.

Location is great, apartment was great size and met all our needs. Reception was very helpful and were very responsive through messages on booking.com
The bed was a bit wobbly and creaky which made it difficult to sleep. There is a lot of sound from outside early mornings.
There was only 1 bathroom which we did not expect for 5 ppl.

I have stayed here before, and returned because I liked it. Great location, price, staff and hot water!
This particular stay here, there was construction in the building upon check in, no concern, just a bit noisy. But my electricity in the entire room was constantly shorting on and off? I thought this was due to construction. However I had a 4am departure and getting ready in the dark, with no construction and I still had lights and electricity going on and off was concerning for many reasons. Despite this I will not take this off my list, and suggest to request exterior facing rooms. Each room I believe is unique.

Very conveniently located. The staff was pleasant, but the rules were overly strict and unpleasant
We had two bookings at this place, and both were disappointing. The first apartment had a bed with a poor-quality mattress that was practically touching the floor, making it extremely uncomfortable. In the second apartment, the heater wasn’t turned on when we arrived, and by the time we noticed, the reception was already closed. Taking showers with cold water was unpleasant, especially for my 10-year-old child.
I was surprised by the 10 AM checkout time, which felt unreasonably early. Additionally, I didn’t receive the keys on time, yet I was still charged for a late checkout at 12.
