Great location!! It is so close to Rynek Glowny that I could hear hejnal mariacki if I opened the window.
Elevator couldn’t get to the ground level because of the low temperatures (but this got fixed very quickly)

We had late check in and an airport transfer. Marek and Beata picked us up later than we planned to arrive because of a fog in Krakow and we had a lovely ride up to residence main door.
Room was bigger than expected and bathroom was very spacious as well. Tap water was safe to drink. There is a bit of noise from lively street outside but we had complimentary earplugs in the room provided for that.
Bed was comfy, on the softer side as I like it. Breakfast/reception was on 1st floor. "Breakfast included" stayers had separate menu, food was excellent and nutritious, portions were big :)
All of our excursion pick ups were 10 min walk away max, old town 1 minute walk away, everything well connected, tram infrastructure accessible and easy to use.
Overall we had a blast during our 5 day stay and we would most definitely stay at Residence 9 again for sure and recommend it to friends and family as well

This was my second time to the property, the owners are always very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent, location is amazing. Easy check in and check out. Clean, affordable, comfy, warm.
My only wish would be for shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms other than that it’s perfect.

Superb central location. Short walking distance 10-15min max. to railway station, shopping mall, Kazimierz, river bank. Tasty breakfast selections. Good coffee. Helpful staff.
When in room which windows are facing the street , it's impossible to open these for fresh air at night, because of the constant street noise (partying people, not cars -its a pedestrian street) until early morning. But when windows are closed it is very quiet and air conditioning holds nice temp as well.

The location was perfect, literally in the middle of old town. The place was quiet, felt really safe. The facilities in the room were fine, the access to the room was through a keycard and a password.
We weren't greeted very kindly by the staff. You get your keycard and info from the cafe in the building, which doesn't give a professional hotel vibe. When we were giving our key back, we didn't experience any kind goodbye, rather a very rushed one, which we didn't appreciate. Also, the room was pretty dusty, dust was quite literally flying around, though the room was rather clean. Additionally, our room wasn't cleaned.

The coffee was the best on the trip so far. We ate breakfast there every morning because there was a good variety of choices and each one was delicious.
The staff we met were very nice and accommodating.
There’s no room service, as in cleaning or fresh towels unless you ask for it. But when we did, fresh towels were provided. Maybe not as issue for a night or two but we stayed for a week.

Location location was outstanding! Just steps away from the main square by St. Mary’s Basilica.
The breakfast was outstanding! And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
It’s not exactly a luxury accommodation. But it was clean. The bed was comfortable. And linens and towels were clean.

Everything, especially my attic room
It was a bit noisy till 3-4 a.m. due to its location, but I was so happy with the attic design and the vicinity of everything around it that I didn’t really mind.
