Great location. Warm, all the facilities you want and need, beds comfy, good directions & information.
Need somewhere safe to leave luggage on day of leaving. Asked & told to leave in reception but no one there & doors dont lock. Didnt feel comfortable leaving bags there

Location is perfect and all equipment were correct. We enjiyed both bedrooms and kitchen. Two beds were sofas, but good enough for a good night sleep.

the location is superb, just off the main square making it very central. Fab takeaways down below. The building itself is beautiful and the staff were helpful. It was reasonably priced, but there are plenty other apartments in Krakow for a similar price that I would hope have been better converted.
It's a low-quality apartment conversion - the bedroom with a mezzanine level for 2 more beds is unnecessary, really spoils the room and the mezzanine floor was very creaky. The twin bedroom has no window at all, and a uPVC door that you'd see on the front of a house. The kitchen area is tiny and poorly done, and the bathroom and toilet don't have windows and have been built above floor level. Also the bathroom is in the living room, directly opposite the kitchen area which doesn't lend itself well for self-conscious teens or anyone wishing to have a quiet number two. All very very odd indeed. The sound quality on the TV was so poor it was difficult to watch TV as it was so distorted. Sadly I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. While it may sleep 8 technically it certainly wouldn't accommodate 8 - there weren't 8 of anything - chairs at the table, cutlery, plates, or sofas.

We were comfortable,and it was right next to square ,there were 7 of us,so apt was great.
Beding was clean and towels,but under the beds was bad,a friend dropped her lipstick,and it went under the bed there was an empty coke bottle and sweet wrappers under there,lots of stairs to apt which we knew about,and stairs in apt were not great,

Location is great, just few meters from the main square but not noisy. Just in the evening more people pass by the windows
When I was searching 2 rooms appartment I was expecting more isolation. But here was one room with mezzanine - intermediate floor. And since it was made of wood it crackle when some one gets up or walk and wake up other sleeping downstairs.

The property is located a few dozen metres from the central part of the old town. Close to Wawel ( 15 minutes on foot ), trams and buses in very close proximity. Access to any strategic point of Cracow possible. The flat itself very comfortable and clean. Check-in very well solved ( self cheking ) at any time. Good contact with the staff by phone ( good support at any time). Very good equipment of the flat ( big desk, chest of drawers, fridge, comfortable beds, safe, big wardrobe ). On the first floor, access to a kitchenette, washing machine and laundry dryer.
There is no air conditioner but instead there is a fan conveniently located. Lack of parking, but it can be arranged (by previous research of nearby car parks and possibilities to park the car further from the market). It is necessary to give oneself time before arrival in order not to look for it at the last moment (then it may be even impossible).
