We stayed only for one night and we had a late check in.
The room is quite old and needs renovation. It was cold, no heating. The blankets are small. Two sockets out of 4 didn’t work. Both showers did not have hot water, it was really cold water there and we couldn’t have shower neither at night nor in the morning. I can’t have a shower with cold water in October. We didn’t call the stuff because it was 11 o’clock and we wanted to have a rest.

The location - nearby the main bus station and it is on the main street, there is also a food market just few steps away. The room - high ceiling, spacious, clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom - clean.

I chose a private room. It's in a different building very close to the check in desk. Check in was easy. The staff was nice. The location is convenient. The room was clean, bright, and conformable. The private bathroom was good.
The wood floors are beautiful but loud.

The location is 15min walk from main square, the staffs are super friendly, luggage storage.
4th floor without lift, no towels, old furnitures .. the rooms need some renovation.. it gets smelly if you don't open the window .. the kitchen was so small and it didn't have much items.

Location is great. Room was comfortable and the bed was really soft but squeaked a bit
The bathroom. My biggest issue was that the toilet was between the wall and tub. Very tight space. Also, the shower curtain didn't cover even half the tub or go down far enough to ensure the water wouldn't go everywhere.

Even though the bathrooms were shared it was very clean and modern. Staff is amazing very helpful and kind. Location was also good even though mostly we used taxi. We stayed in the king room, beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious too.

Didn't like anything...... In case i I'll be in Krakow, won't never ever back to there! It was awful
1( i received the ?️ and heard: ok go, number is bla bla bla.... I was with suitcase, in there was dark, should understand by myself where is the light
The stages was dark. Ok, later couldn't open the door
2) it was kinda flat ( in there were 2 rooms
.yes it was locked but me as a girl was afraid to stay in there locked with roommate - man..... I was with study purpose in Krakow, and just back for sleeping. But if no....i really didn't feel myself secured.......
Should decide how to do it... Plus it wasn't clean so mict carpet in room, old bathroom ,/ old doors.......

It was in a very central location which is walkable to Old Town and it is very easy to book and use the facilities. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We are really happy with Red Carpet Hostel. Location is very good - walking distance to the centre.
Staff was very helpful.
Our room was a bit small, but it overlooked a backyard and was very quiet at night.
The water cooker in the room is nice adition (but there is no fridge).
The bathroom was clean and good size.
I would return to this acomodation-it was good value for money.
