Everything! A comfortable room, beautiful hotel accommodations. Location was perfect, we were a 5 or 10 minute walk from everything. The hotel staff was among the best I have ever encountered!

They had thought of everything…Lots of towel racks, several pillows, windows you can open for fresh air, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, amazing staff, great food, etc. Best hotel ever.

The breakfast was very good, but too much crowded!!! for the waffle you have to wait minimum 40 minutes
We booked a good rooms we paid but they didn’t receive in the systems and they give us a very bad rooms but we paid too much for everything and the behaviour for the all those steps was really rude. I never recommended this hotel.

The location was great, walking distance from the Christmas markets.
Very helpful to have super market close by.
The internet connection was very poor, keep disconnecting 10 times a day. The cleaning wasn't good, the sheets weren't changed, and the carpets were dirty.
The room was big but dark.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Krakow for three nights, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel's location is fantastic just a short 7-minute walk to the Old Town and conveniently close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the local culture and cuisine.
The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. What truly stood out to me was the friendly staff; they were always willing to help with any questions or requests, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Krakow for anyone looking for a great stay in this beautiful city!
