Booked whilst in Krakow because our original accommodation was terrible. Had a very warm welcome and when I explained the reason for changing hotels and my husband’s birthday during the stay, they arranged a complimentary drink at the bar which was lovely. On my husband’s birthday there was a birthday cake with a lovely card wishing him a happy birthday and a complimentary breakfast. This was such a thoughtful gesture and very welcome, although we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast due to reading the card too late. Room was very clean, nice toiletries and a lovely hot shower! Very quiet too!
Everything was lovely, only one small thing is the pillows were a bit too hard but other than that everything was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu, the room was nice, big and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the city center so we walked to all the atractions. We travelled by car so for us it was a plus that we had parking, even if it wasn't free.
The breakfast was good, we had many options. Also the food and drinks in the hotel restaurant.
Overall we would recommend it.

Great hotel for exploring Krakow, perfect location with friendly staff, breakfast selection is huge. We had dinner one evening and it was delicious and good value for money. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel

It was 5 minutes from the centre the facilities within the hotel were great also. Staff were exceptionally friendly and it was super clean.

Nice and clean rooms and facilitys.
I booked 4 rooms with breakfast. While we were checking in we got comfirmation that all of us had breakfast. The morning after, when we came to breakfast the first morning, only two of us got breakfast. The rest of us had to pay a large sum per person to get breakfast.
