Disappointing
i liked only the location, but the hotel didn’t meet my expectations, as i had to pay for the parking 140sl per one day, and i have to reserve the the parking for whole day even if i will park my car in it for two hours, or i will not be able to park in the hotel, and this is very expensive, and one time i wanted to park and they said there is no parking, but my husband went to check down and he found many empty parking ?, i don’t recommend to stay in this hotel especially if you need the parking, also the breakfast is very simple, i stayed there 3 days and it was the same every day nothing different except on dish i guess!

Location was good, room were acceptable sufficient for vacations, breakfast was magnificent many selection available and big value of food
can’t remember things I did not like but I think every thing were fine maybe the car parking availability in the site were a challenge a bite.

They had thought of everything…Lots of towel racks, several pillows, windows you can open for fresh air, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, amazing staff, great food, etc. Best hotel ever.

Location only
1. It was first time on my life that 5 star hotel charged me for the hotel parking… I didn’t face such case in any 5 stars hotel worldwide…
2. No water in the room, even 1 complimentary bottle…
3. Deposit fees which is not necessary and huge value comparing with hotel facilities…
4. The stuff is not flexible, I asked for just 1 hour extension for check out, however they didn’t accept even for 1 minute…
5. The breakfast is good, however the services in the restaurant were very bad…
