View and location, friendly staff, a pleasant scent throughout the entire hotel.
Furniture a bit old and waiting time for check in at the arrival. Only one staff member was available.

It’s 5 min walking to main activities. Location is great. The room is clean, comfortable beds, tea and coffee, gym and spa everything for a pleasant stay.
Breakfast also is good.

Excellent hotel with an amazing location right next to the walls of the old town. The hotel is large and very comfortable, with a great bar and restaurant inside. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the garage is convenient with clearly marked parking spaces. Definitely a hotel where you can comfortably stay for several days.

Lovely hotel in a great location
The main bar area was understaffed there was one guy working who was extremely busy so waiting times were longer than expected one more member of staff would have made so much difference

The room was quite dirty, the walls full of dust, and stains, same as the headboard of the bed. The bathroom was old, the toilet was broken and the shower unsafe to get in and out. Breakfast selection was small, not great quality, nor great taste neither. Definitely not worth the price

Well situated and clean. Really liked the water dispensers, bathrooms were really good.
Bar staff and bar excellent. Breakfast choice was excellent.
Beds were small (not wide enough), rooms were easily big enough to accommodate a bigger bed, and mattresses were very hard.
Air con was awful. I hate to think how hot the rooms would get in the summer when it didn’t cool the rooms enough in May when it was 17oc outside.
At breakfast there was often never a clean table available, could do with more staff to clean away plates and reset tables.
